Speaking of the stretching, that was the first time that I had stretching incorporated into a massage. The stretching was very much needed. It's one of those things that you don't realize how out of shape/ how much you needed it until you get it. I would definitely like to go back just for a stretch session. The 90 minute experience was exhilarating and had me longing for more. I've had massages at many different places: red door (before they closed at which I've had best and worst), a chiropractor masseur, massage envy (only dug into my shoulder blades lots of pain there).
