We scheduled a family spa day and Emily and her co-worker did NOT disappoint! We all came out of there feeling AWESOME! The massage therapist did not ask any questions about my medical history or previous injuries. I asked for less pressure but nonetheless she climbed onto the table and knelt with her knees on my legs so as to apply more pressure. She aggravated my neck injury. My neck hurt so badly when I left that I was nauseous and wasn't able to drive myself home. Despite what was listed on the Groupon voucher, there was no aromatherapy unless you count the bad smell that was on the face pillow. read more

To put it simply, I ordered a Groupon for a massage with this company. When I went to book the massage, the business said they were no longer honoring Groupons. Let me explain... I 1st went there in person and the woman who answered the door didn't speak much English and told me that I would have call to book a massage. I later called and I was told by [supposedly] another woman thatchy weren't going to acknowledge my Groupon; as I described above. When I contacted Groupon about this, they claimed they contacted the business and then they told me to go back to the business. Obviously, I wouldn't want some to be touching on me after I just made a complaint. Asked for a refund back to my credit card. They initially refused to honor a refund and then, after several days/weeks of back and forth, gave me a site credit for the cost of the Groupon. I tried to he reasonable and buy something with the credit and the site wouldn't process the order. Now I'm back to square one. They have given me every excuse in the book aside from simply giving me back my money! I'm STILL fighting for my proper refund and it's been over two months! This is beyond unreasonable!!! The customer service is trash; you can only communicate through chat features or emails; they take UNREASONABLY long to respond via email and when they do; they provide scripted responses that do not adequately address concerns raised; and they don't even care! This all stared back on September 16, 2023... and its NOW well into November! Furthermore, when I visited the company, the company name on the door doesn't match the name advertised elsewhere else. The office/massage parlor is small and sketchy at best. They seemingly only a space for one persona at a time and even the neighboring business do not speak favorably of them. My suggestion, DO NOT use this company for yourself care needs and DO NOT USE GROUPON. And if you so earnestly feel you must use Groupon, at least contact the merchant BEFORE you buy the Groupon advertised service. Who knows, you might find yourself saving money buy getting a service directly from them. At the very least, you'll avoid a headache like what I've gotten from them. read more

Went for a couples massage and while my fiancé enjoyed his first ever massage, it was the absolute worst of my many years of them! My 'massage therapist' didn't silence her phone & left the room to silence it when it rang during the massage. She got up on the table on her knees for leverage at times while frequently digging into knots with her elbows. To top all of this, she never properly tucked the sheet around my legs AND COMPLETELY REMOVED THE ENTIRE SHEET when moving from the stones on my back to my legs. Massage therapist cracked my back and "adjusted" my neck by grabbing my head and wrenching it to the side - suddenly, without checking with me, without asking first, and when I had begun the session by asking explicitly that she focus solely on my shoulder area. And most importantly, nowhere is there evidence that she is a licensed chiropractor!!!! Now several days later, I have searing neck pain, stiffness, and soreness all down my spine where I never had such problems before. I have problems sitting, standing, walking, and also I have been experiencing vertigo and sudden dizzy spells. Absolutely appalling, inappropriate, negligent behavior at the least, and almost certainly a battery as I did NOT authorize any sort of adjustment nor would I expect one from anyone but someone licensed to perform it. I will be reporting the unlicensed treatment techniques to the proper authorities and I encourage everyone reading this to STAY AWAY if you value your spinal health. read more
