But, I just picked up a $60+ online order, and sadly, the avocado on my buffalo chicken salad appeared very oxidized, and extremely brown/mushy (quite unusual for this yummy salad). Very similar to a Mexican panadería, you grab a tray and some tongs and you get to choose and grab your pastries/sweets. I have been here twice since discovering it last week! It's in a great location with ample parking. The cafe is beautiful inside and has a great ambiance. The concept of having your own tray and tongs to pick what you want is great! It solves the issue of shouting over a glass case what you want or pointing at the glass while the employee on the other side tries to interpret what you're pointing at! The pastries and drinks are some of the best I have ever had!! Even the pastries with cream and powdered sugar were just the right amount of sweet. I love Paris baguette and so happy to see it now locally. It's a Korean chain bakery that has some delicious pastries, cakes and beverages. I love to come here once a week and treat myself to a pastry and matcha latte. It's quite busy but I feel they do a good job of keeping the pastries well stocked and the customer service there has always been great in my eyes. I'm a fan of their croissants, both plain and chocolate have been delicious and they can warm it up for you as well. Service is quick too despite how busy it was and usually there have been places to sit. I'm just glad they have this here now and we are able to enjoy it! read more

Wow! Why didn't we try this place sooner? We ordered two pastries and a chai today and enjoyed them in-store, and took one packaged item home and will save for later. I bet it will be amazing. The self serve thing is new to us. You get a tray and some tongs and go for it, building a big pile of baked heaven, or as little as you want. You can browse the selections and take your time. They have savory and sweet, but get this: the sweets aren't overly sweet! They are delicately sweet which is awesome! The coffee bun was light and airy, almost like Angel food cake, but better, with a perfectly laid back coffee flavor on top. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was lively but not obnoxious. You take your pastries to the counter to pay, and order a drink if you want one. They have lattes, coffees, teas, in addition to cakes and sandwiches, but we didn't try those today. I did get the chai with almond milk which honestly was too sweet, but that could be because I don't typically get full sugar or syrups in my coffees so I'm more used to that. With a variety of baked goods to choose from, there's something for everyone at Paris Baguette. it is an Asian owned bakery chain so there are some very unique items such as rolls filled with sweetened bean paste and the use of rice flour which gives a unique texture to some baked items. My faves are the cream cheese donut and the cinnamon sugar twist. I like their baguette but it isn't very French, it's much more like an Italian ciabatta style loaf. I think it's a nice bread but doesn't have a Parisian style thin, crispy exterior contrasting a soft pillowy interior. I prefer going to the location in Parker. That location has boxes laid out for you to put your pastries in as you browse. The Havana location makes you put them on a tray and then they charge you up front if you want a box which is less convenient and you waste a wax paper tray liner using it for only a few minutes. read more

I'd advise if you want to try everything they have in store then you should get there anytime before 11AM/12 PM. The owner is dope they also have a clothing retail store in the Aurora Mall. Back to the pastries tho Paris Baguette is the truth. Try the Cronut with lemon cream cheese icing too it's the amazing. I am living in California. On 08/29/2024, I ordered online catering boxes for my Dad funeral in Aurora CO. After ordering online, I called the store to make sure the order prepared correctly because my family is vegetarian. The manager, Ms. Diane kindly promised me to take care of my order. I met Ms. Diane once when I came there. She was super nice and helpful so I felt no worry about this time. On the date I came to pick up, the orders were not prepared yet. They let me wait too long without telling me why. I was about late for my Dad funeral. I asked the cashier for help. They ran from inside to me and said 'wait 15 minutes more". I was so nervous that I could not make to my dad mass on time. When they gave the boxes, I did not have time to check. They did not give me enough all my orders. There were missing some pastries. They did not give me the mini feuillete Au chocolate, they took the big one and cut in three. They was so ugly. Most of pastries was over baked, too brown. I was so disappointed. I still keep the receipt but I had to go back to CA. I rarely write any review but this time I was so upset I used to love this store and tell my Denver family about it. read more

We have been a few times since discovering this gem. The best yet has been the ham and cheese croissant! The pizza and quiche assortments are good too! Coffees are good but have yet to try the frappes. Service can be a bit slow. They don't seem to have a good process down behind the counter. read more

The selections of the pastries are huge, probably the biggest one can find in Denver area, and everything we tried was so good - I wonder how long it would take to try all if we go through 3 kinds each week! My family and I go to Paris Baguette in Parker on weekly basis. On every visit we spend at least $60. This Friday, they had a tart marked for $6.79, and they charged me $.30 more because that was apparently the incorrect price. I was baffled that the manager did not honor the displayed price. losing a long time customer for something so petty! it is not about the money, it is about the principle.
