Nancy just had the nice garden salad and tasted from everyone else's plates. Sam stuck with the spaghetti with shrimp that he had had the day before and Nafisa with the lamb entrecote. But it was at dessert that the place really shined. I opted for the parfait mocca flambee, which was performed dramatically before me, while Nancy chose the coupe Nesselrode, which far outshine the version we had in Zurich a few days ago. Sam and Nafisa chose the creme catalan that I had the day before, while Mwana chose the mini Vienetta, and because today was her birthday it arrived with a flaming sparkler and we sang Happy Birthday to her

I loved the ambiance of this place. Whether you sit outside or inside, the vibe and energy are great. The service was excellent too. This restaurant offers a big international menu. I ordered the butter chicken and it came with fries and a salad. The chicken was cooked well and had a French sauce drizzled over it. The fries were over-seasoned for me with too much salt and the salad over-dressed. My partner got the hamburger with the same sides: fries and salad. He liked his meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant because of its location, great ambiance, and good service.

The restaurant has a very casual vibe, with many locals who seem to hang out here. I tried the dinner special, which was the Filet de Boeuf. The beef was tender and flavorful. It was served with a wonderful house sauce, potatoes, and mushrooms. The special included a salad, bread, and choice of dessert. (I chose flan, which was delightful). With a large bottle of sparkling water, the meal totaled about $40 CHF - really a pretty good value for the quality, portions and considering Genève prices. The service was good and in the Swiss / French style of not bugging you while you eat and relax! I will return. I would like to try their octupus next.

One other thing I must add in this epic heatwave...the place has air conditioning ...real air conditioning. Don't be afraid of a few more fat and calories girls..this is dish is worth it.
