The rooms were very comfortable, tastefully furnished and just remarkably well designed. After using their shower I am going to remodel my shower at my home. The Staff was really nice (other than the few Managers that dislike Americans which is normal in Europe) and the restaurant was REALLY GOOD. The price was about half the price of comparable hotels some that didn't even have AC. The AC in this hotel was great and they also had fresh mountain water dispensers with and without gas in the hallways near the elevators. This place was a really, really nice experience.

The owners were so nice and the sauna, the game room, the lounge area, were all so quaint and a nice way to unwind after a long day of hiking and adventures around Switzerland. I've stayed at other places nearby before, around Lauterbrunnen, but this place really tops it off and I love how peaceful it is, close enough to the main center of town and restaurants and shops, but far enough to get your peace and quiet, all just a walk away.
