I met Anna the owner when her daughter came into my business and we got to chatting and I discovered she is an esthetician and owner of this little charming mini spa. I liked her right from the start and was very curious about getting a facial. So today was my first visit and wow I am super impressed!! My skin looks and feels amazing and I'm super happy! She did a lot to my skin for being a mini facial and the price was PERFECT!! I also had her give me eyebrow wax and that was also amazing best wax in a lot long time! She is very quick and gentle, you know how waxing can be, she's amazing! She also does spray tans and I'm already booked for that!! One thing she did which I thought was super sweet is she gave me some very generous samples if her skin care line. Which all smell amazing! Biggest thing for me is cleanliness! She is on point!! 2nd location and parking. Location is not in my normal Clovis area, but..... not everything has to be in Clovis! Lol I've been missing out! Her location is easy to find and excellent parking! Now her place is more homey than a medical clinical atmosphere and decor, but trust me once she gets started none of that matters!! I ordered one and since then I have kept this product in my personal skincare routine. It is a great product and my skin has benefited from it nicely!! I have extremely sensitive skin. I use this mask once every two weeks while in the shower. I apply it to my face, scrub it evenly over, then I leave it on while I tend to other needs! I give it another little scrub before using a clean washcloth to wipe clean. My skin glows and feels fabulous. I like to use it in the morning so I can enjoy the benefits all day long! Carmen's products are very nice. I also use the Vitamin C serum and Hyaluronic Acid Gel a couple times a week. The Vitamin C serum can be a little spicy, but it dissipates and no harm to my skin. I recently ordered the sheet masks and they are so nice! Cool on the face. After I chill out for 20 minutes, I remove the mask and I massage whatever product is leftover in the packet on my face, neck, chest, and hands. I will continue to be a loyal customer! And before I forget, Carmen Laines products are soo affordable! They are hand wrapped in tissue paper and packed neatly in a box. She also includes freebies! Give her products a try. I was called by nurse Angie to discuss- I was told she would talk to Dr. Riolo & call me back. I didn't receive a call back until Thursday. The staff and Dr. Riolo are completely unprepared and unprofessional in a circumstance such as this. I was given no treatment, there was no urgency to help alleviate the burns, and never once did I speak with or see Dr. Riolo. I emailed Dr. Riolo three times and she never once emailed me back. I would never recommend this office for any type of treatment.
