All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

Arrived and greeted by kind worker. Great new location! Given paperwork to fill out. Very nice reception area with a classy Christmas tree, t lighting and reception area too! Pink couch and cream chairs. Big screen TV up with music playing from it. Filled out paperwork and gave it to the receptionist. Waited to be called back and told you don't pay until the end. Called back shortly later and that worker was great! Very kind, upfront and honest. Quick chat and then the worker called the doctor and I FaceTimed with him. Seriously! Technology! . Very kind. Wow, how times have changed. He said I was good to go. She got going. Numbing put on my lips. Painless. Just a couple pinches. Then, before you know it, she was finished and lips are plump! I don't have one of your cards. 1.559.325.7544 is the number I left my voicemail to you. It's the one you list on your website. You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. She comes back we get back to the treatment, another phone call, then a third. She takes the calls each time and walks out of the room. A man comes into an adjacent space next to ours and his phone is dinging as well. Now, that is not the salon's problem, but after the fifth interruption to what is supposed to be calm and relaxing, it's anything but calm and relaxing. The package is supposed to come with a shoulder and arm massage. I didn't get that. All in all, not what I expected or paid for.

If you want a relaxing massage, you won't want to book a deep tissue, and if you want a sport's massage you shouldn't book a massage therapist known for relaxation. I have been privileged enough to have my fair share of massages and I would say for the quality they provide you here, the cost is fair. A dollar an hour was a standard rate before the pandemic and unfortunately everything is about 50% higher including massage. Personally, the massage I got today felt like it should have been $120 an hour because of how knowledgeable and thorough she was. I hesitate to say her name because I want to gatekeep her, but that's not fair for others who also need work done. Cat was a massage teacher and it is telling. My shoulders and neck have never felt so free from pain. I thought it would always be chronic, but her isometric stretches along with her massage (a CBD pain reliefer) really did the trick. Anyway, I can't speak for their facials but I know for sure there are some talented massage therapists who work here. They give you the full time you pay for (not like some other places that might start 10 minutes late and have you end 10 mins early). I would definitely recommend them over any place in Fresno, especially if you are considering a higher paying place like La Peau. My wife mentioned a sun spot on my face had gotten bigger and suggested I get it checked out. Instead of going to just a dermatologist, I went right to the source and went to the Skin and Cancer institute of Fresno to checked out. I had a biopsy done and the spot tested positive for squamous cell carcinoma, a very common form of skin cancer with a high survival rate, but still scary. The office told me a lot of people have this and the survival is in the 95 - 99 percentile, which made me feel better. After a few weeks, I headed back to the spot removed and lucky for me the extra tissue/segment they removed tested negative for carcinoma! I did get three stitches in my face and potentially a cool scar, as my son says. The staff here for the most part was friendly, but a few could a refresh on their bedside manner and be reminded when people hear the word "cancer," it's scary AF! The appointment process was a breeze. They use APPatient, a scheduler app which made the process so easy from beginning to end. I paid, set up prescriptions pickup locations, and received appointments all from the app which was awesome. I have a full body scan set for September! Just a reminder to wear sunscreen and get all moles or weird skin discolorations checked out!
