People definitely make the time for yourself care depending how busy you are you can make that time it was really nobody in there it was great for me apparently people think it was raining here but it was not so that was great for me I was able to make an appointment same day I found parking I'm good to go. The woman at the front desk today was extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. When an issue arose, rather than simply acknowledging the concern or offering an apology, she continued to argue with me and seemed determined to prove that she was right and I was wrong. I made it clear that I did not want to argue and tried to end the conversation, but she continued. The entire interaction was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and incredibly unprofessional. Someone working at the front desk is often the first impression customers have of a business, and customer service should never involve talking down to or arguing with customers. After being a regular customer for about three years, this was by far the worst experience I have had here. I am extremely disappointed that a longtime customer would be treated this way.

She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi.
