Our house project was a nightmare from the get-go. The roof literally had to be taken on and off…read morethree times. The non-english speaking crew that they sent out could care less how they put on the panels. They scratched everything up. They missed screws they bent metal , left trash all over my yard all the time Etc. I had framing issues Plumbing issues front door issues and so on. The only reason they got two stars is because they did come out and fix what they needed to fix but come on, do it right the first time. We have front doors now that are warped and because I sold the house to someone else, they will not back up their work. So whatever you do, still tell them you own the house otherwise nothing is covered. God forbid they should back up their work even if it sold to a new person who is now very unhappy. We are building a fence and needed 20 cedar 2x4's. We literally hit up every Lowes and Home Depot…read morebetween Clarksville and Jackson. After going through every board and maybe finding 4 that were some what usable we decided to try saw mills. That's when we struck gold!!! We contacted Carl and he was able to get us 20 boards cut and plained and they are beautiful!!! Their price was only .50 more per board than the big box store and those are all rough cuts and unusable!!!!But I waisted more than that in time and gas searching for useable boards. Do yourself a favor on your next project and skip the box store and call them!!! You will be glad you did!!
