We waited WEEKS just for a quote on windows, not even custom! Still have not received a quote. We have ordered windows and doors elsewhere and will have them next week and probably still won't have a quote from QBS! It seems that unless you are a big time contractor they don't give you the time of day! The little guys are what made your business and you seem to have forgotten that! Shame on you QBS!!! We are building a fence and needed 20 cedar 2x4's. We literally hit up every Lowes and Home Depot…read morebetween Clarksville and Jackson. After going through every board and maybe finding 4 that were some what usable we decided to try saw mills. That's when we struck gold!!! We contacted Carl and he was able to get us 20 boards cut and plained and they are beautiful!!! Their price was only .50 more per board than the big box store and those are all rough cuts and unusable!!!!But I waisted more than that in time and gas searching for useable boards. Do yourself a favor on your next project and skip the box store and call them!!! You will be glad you did!!
