He spoke to me about how they are wanting to set up an ostomy care service and asked if I'd be willing to share insight into my experiences. My ostomy supplies had to be ordered in; I went there on a Saturday and they came in on Tueday. When I wasn't able to pick up my supplies, he delivered them to my work place in Vancouver. NO ostomy care centre has EVER offered that to me before. Wow! I definitely recommend this place to ostomy patients in the Tri-Cities area (and beyond!).

It is called the Handicare Stairglide and it was priced reasonably. (Much better than the competition in fact!). We used it for four years without issue, until my mother passed away. Now, unfortunately, I need to use it. The batteries had died, so I made a service call and Curtis came up and had it back in working order in the same day. Anyone could easily reach over and grab the book. I refused as I did not feel comfortable. The only option given to me was they took a double deposit, well more than the cost of the walker I rented. in this day and age of credit card fraud I am appalled at their lack of care for people's credit card information. I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.
