After having worked with some of the most qualified teachers in the world that we flew to Paris to propose a complete version of the beautiful Meisner technique, we are not a research and development center where we bridge the gaps between an ideal version of spontaneous acting and each actors needs and personality, using contemporary tools and fields developed by coaches and therapists (NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Gestalt, cognitive science and meditation techniques...)
We always publish new material in video form on our Youtube channels as well as on our different social media accounts (@parismeisnerstudio and @playgroundschannel)

History
Established in 2015.
Started by an actor who wanted to be able to keep training for free and bring the best teachers in Paris, it has always been about the actors needs and a truthful exploration of the craft, instead of promoting just one teacher or set approach. The Meisner Technique is an incredible tool for actors but very often badly understood and taught. Which is the sole reason of Paris Meisner Studio existence and development. As well as bringing all the additional tools on the table for modern actors, from writing to filmmaking through social media and solid work ethics.
Meet the Business Owner: Octave K.
@octavekaralievitch is a French actor who started @parismeisnerstudio and @playgroundschannel
After almost 10 years of studying science, cognitive science, psychology, philosophy and American tools for therapy and coaching (NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis...), he decided to focus on his art and music performance in particular, for which he went back to acting too. Very interested in the links between what he had learnt and what he was discovering in his different acting trainings, he researched the Meisner Technique more and more and created Paris Meisner Studio.
