The phlebotomists are insanely good at their jobs, you cant even feel the needle while they do bloodwork. The women who run the check in desk in urgent care are so polite, as well as the doctors. Ive never had doctors push so hard to get me the help I need. Today I had my most recent appointment. A follow up on my new medication dose and a bit of blood work again. My doctor took into account the bad side effects I had been getting from my current medication and set me up with a daily preventative that also helps with the side effects from my migraine medication. The doctors here are such amazing people and they really work hard for their patients.

The staff was always very attentive to their needs, and our own family concerns and kept us informed of any changes that occurred. Their rehab staff is top notch, as was their nursing staff in fact my mother literally did not want to come home. The food was always visually appealing, high quality, and tasted good which is not an easy thing to do when serving food in an institutionalized setting. The activities program were always fun, my parent's became avid bingo fanatics. Social services were kind and receptive to our families needs. Thankfully the family was able to move him to Red Bluff Healthcare. The difference with the care and rehab at RBHC was like night and day and he immediately began to gain strength and make progress! I think the friendly, happy and caring atmosphere there makes all the difference as we noticed the improvement in dad's attitude and motivation right away. The whole staff worked as a team to help dad reach his goals and celebrated his successes along the way. By the time he completed his rehab and was released to come home, we felt like the staff had become extended family! RBHC is a great facility with a team of folks who genuinely care . We are so thankful we were able to have dad here while he recovered.

Being a RN, I've worked at the hospital and with a fellow surgeon who respected her incredible talent. My surgery went very well and there were no complications. She is very professional and explains procedures pre and post op very thoroughly. Personality wise she is a lot like other surgeons. She is very curt, somewhat cold if you will. She's not there to be your friend, but to enhance, if not save your life. If there is one downfall in her practice, it would have to be her staff. Her Medical Assistant can be quite rude at times. If you can deal with her, you can deal with the Doctor. The only reason I give her 4 out of 5 stars is due to her staff. She, in and of herself, deserves all 5 stars!
