I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit on Friday, July 31, 2026. My nail technician was unwilling to follow my request for builder gel with a neutral polish on top. She (Cindy) repeatedly tried to discourage me from adding color, saying I "wouldn't notice the difference" because of the neutral shade. Although she eventually did it, I felt my preference was not respected and that she was prioritizing convenience over customer service. During my pedicure, the technician (Ms. Rose) burned me with hot stones. This treatment should be relaxing, and the temperature should always be checked before application. Overall, I expect better attention to client preference, comfort and safety. This was my second visit to this salon and it will be my last visit. read more

Hanson is great with regular mani and does really well but I would not recommend his service for acrylics. Two of my tips fell off after the initial set then another after the first fill. I think he needs more experience but not on my dime. Also, you will be charged for the tips that fall off. I've moved on to another nail salon with expertise in applying acrylics. read more

The people were nice enough, but the owner was walking around treating them horribly. It made me uncomfortable. I got a spa pedicure, and the woman was cutting around my cuticles and it felt like she ripped all of the skin from under my big toe. It is still hurting today. My manicure was horrible. You can see where the second coat doesn't fully cover the first coat of polish. To top it all off, when I was leaving, after paying $170 for three people, they argued with me about how many i had paid for. I had to stand there and pull out my receipt and argue with the man. They overcharged--I've never seen a cuticle clip not included while getting SNS nails-- cut 2 of my 2 fingers, filed my nails down to nothing( breaking one in the process), and my toenail was not filed evenly and looked jagged. The technician I made appointment with was not the one they tried to set me up with --I had to ask 3x where they were. I have been coming here for years, but had the WORST experience recently. They squirted acetone all over my $400 trench coat..Sure it was an accident, but what are they doing squirting acetone around in a bottle that looks like it's for a ketchup. It should be in a dispenser that is controlled. The man who was working on me, did not tell me until the end of my service. I was horrified and rushing to get to work with my stained coat. They told me it would come out and that they would pay for my dry cleaning, and if it did not come out they would pay to replace it full price/ buy me a new coat. Wish I would have gotten that in writing because when I went back in to make my claim a week later, the RUDE conceited owner told me all he could give me was $200. All because I didn't gave a receipt for my coat. I told him they ruined, my one professional coat that I've taken such good care off, literally in mint condition, minus the big splotches of accentone on it from them. My coat is still on the website full price, which I showed them, but they said $200 or nothing. I didn't go in to bargain. I went back in because they gave me their word. One employee lady told me one thing, a man told me another and then the rude owner came and said that's all he could offer. I asked if they had insurance and he was sketchy. He put his fingers in front of my face, and I slapped them right down because that is not how you talk to someone who comes in peace. He wanted me to walk away but I was not going to let that happen. He handles this so UGLY in front of his other customers, being so fake. Needless to say not worth going to a place where you are not valued as a customer. They took their word back and treated me like garage as I cried in front of other customers. Honestly I hope this place closes down, because no one should ever feel HUMILIATING and DISVALUED like they made me feel. Very upset. It's not like they even do that great of a job. I'll be giving my money elsewhere!! Where they actually remember my name and actually do a good job. This place is trash. So if that's what you're looking for you found the right place. After reading their reviews it's either really bad experiences or people that just don't know any better. Also this place is gaudy and tacky as hell. They offer water and forget. I had asked for tips on daughter's nails to match the one size that was natural and she went ahead and tipped all the nails $$. tech painted daughters toes wrong color she requested (lang barrier and daughter too young to speak up). I never received massage during my pedicure. go to checkout and get a bill for over $200! question itemized bill. no changes made. charged for French tips even tho on 2 nails, charged for designs only on 1 nails, charged for sns soak off even tho they had to reapply... just $$$$$. would NEVER go back. never been more disappointed to spend the money I did and not receive the expected service. Oh and they were def making fun of us speaking their language. my guess in regards to my 6yr old crying but for peats sakes she was 6 and super disappointed and not treated very nice. After visiting for two years, I had a horrible experience at this shop. The nail polish for my pedicure was so old it had no coverage, I asked them to fix it. The solution for them was to put more of a clear coat, I asked not to do that. Knowing it would be damaged, the polish job was so poor, I had an event to go to, it took forever.I left worse than I came in, I had to go home and use nail polish remover for the disaster they created. It was so stressful and horrible. They overcharged me and said they gave me a discount, not so. The manager that day was so rude. Avoid this place, there are many, many, many places with better service and better priced. How long do we have to deal with bad service and they take our money. Unacceptable. read more
