Denver airport location: The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is I was lucky enough to only wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive to pick me up at the airport and making a reservation to park was fairly straightforward on their web page. When I arrived and pulled into their "Indoor" entrance lane, the attendant on the Outdoor lane popped his head out of his kiosk and asked if I was going to park Indoors? Why else would I be in the "Indoor" lane? The shuttle did arrive fairly quickly at my car. Now it was the middle of summer but I was bringing home some skis and this seemed to confuse the driver. So he simply dumped my skis on the floor of the bus rather than putting them in the back which immediately created a tripping hazard for the remaining passengers he would pick up later. After picking me up (the only passenger at that point) he pulls around the corner, stops next to another bus and the two drivers have a chat for about 10 minutes. He finally gets moving to the rental car counter area, picks up some more passengers, who trip over my skis even though I did tell them to watch their step which the driver didn't do. When we get to the airport, I gather that this company doesn't pull into the drop-off lane at DIA but goes out to the outer island where they both pick up and drop off people. Not great service there compared to other parking services I've used at DIA. Then the driver starts to help people off the bus and it suddenly dawns on him to ask what airlines we are flying. Finally, although the bus to bring me back to my car was there quickly, again this was mostly a case of good luck, the bus smelled of marijuana. Not sure if it was the driver or perhaps a previous passenger but did not inspire confidence in the ride back to the parking lot. And the driver did not ask if I was picking up a rental car or returning to my car until we arrived at the lot. Will not be parking with this service again. read more

I parked my car on a Saturday and the guy said he could not print a receipt. He hand wrote my receipt. I had no time to argue because I needed to catch my flight. When I came back, another guy charged me 20$ a day, even though the rate is 10$ a day. He said he had to do this because I didn't have a receipt and because I didn't reserve online. Absolutely the WORST service when it comes to reliability of being picked up after the flight and sometimes even before our flight right after we pull in the garage to park! We have waited after multiple flights over 30 minutes during the day and night to be picked up! They do not come every 10-15 min like they state that they do! So frustrating and unprofessional. We have had to call multiple times to inquire when they will be to the airport or to our car to pick us up after pulling into their garage. Plus our car always ends up with bird poop on it after paying extra for "indoor" parking. We will never use this "service" again! read more

This biz is a scam...the advertize $8...caveat, you must "reserve" your spot. The website is not clear how to reserve. You park for 4 days, lot is only fractional full. You get your car to leave, the attendant (foreign national), tells you you did not reserve...total parking bill...$100!!. Zero stars. DO NOT EVER PARK HERE! Paid in full online before our 15 day trip. Had 24 hours more to leave with 'No extra charges' written specifically on their receipt from our charged credit card of almost $300. They Tried charging us $18 to get out, then changed it to $5 to leave - it's illegal. read more

They claim shuttles run every 10-15 minutes but I was stuck at the lot for 40 minutes waiting for a shuttle to the airport and almost missed my flight. The way back to my car was not any better. Next time I'll be using "the parking spot" instead, they appear to have a fleet of shuttles. read more

If you're an experienced traveler, this place will work for you, as you have to remember where you are parked (they don't provide you with a ticket). They also do drop off and pick up at same time, so it's a but hectic. Also, you load bags into back of van, where you can't see people taking bags in/ out of van. So yes cheaper than most, but you have to know what you're doing to have a good experience. read more

Best airport parking ever. Literally mins away from the airport. Clean and safe area. Shuttle picked us up within mins. He was friendly loaded all of our luggage. Picked us up right from our vehicle. And when we got back. We waited less than one min. Maybe timing was perfect. That gentleman was also nice. He loaded all of our luggage and dropped us off right at our vehicle as well. I've used Park2Jet many times over the last 12 months and have always had great experiences -- usually I'm picked up within five minutes, which is why I keep coming back. This time, though, I had to wait about 30 minutes before getting picked up. The staff explained it was due to traffic, which I understand -- things happen. That said, I really appreciate that the drivers are always friendly, helpful, and professional. One delay won't stop me from using them again. Still a solid service overall. read more

Do not park here. The shuttles take forever, they are totally understaffed. when you are a monthly parker, they claim that you can call the number to get on the shuttle to get to your car from the airport or to get ON the shuttle from the car park. You WILL wait and miss flights. They don't have enough transportation and calling the number does absolutely nothing. You will also get incredibly frustrated waiting at the airport without a ride to your car when multiple shuttles are crowded. read more

If I could give park2jet 10 stars I would! Their customer service went above and beyond to help me. left my keys at my car and took a shuttle to the airport. When I realized I left my keys I was at the airport and didn't have time to go back. I called customer service in a panic. Not only did they go out into the lot and find my keys but they drive the keys to me on the next shuttle and within fifteen minutes I had my keys. SCAM ALERT. I was charged twice and they refuse to refund just one of the charges. Very poor customer service. Total scam.

The shuttle is supposed to come every 7 to 10 minutes as stated online. We have been sitting by our car for over 45 minutes! I called and was told that they would notify the shuttle to come pick us up. So we keep waiting, and after 15 minutes, I called back and they say that it already left again for the airport. This has happened three times! It comes and picks someone else up in the lot and drives away. We're sitting here late now! Nearly 50 minutes have gone by!! read more

Seemed a scam, everything went wrong here! No AC in the shuttles, packed FULL of people. On the way back from DIA there were 50 people waiting for 2 vans coming back and fourth. We made a reservation for outdoor parking. When we arrived we were told tp go to A1. This was indoor parking which we could not access. We spent 10 minutes driving around a full lot and then were told the only spots were out in the dirt. The dirt lot was troubling as there were many cars that looked like they had been totaled and left for junk. When we returned to DIA, we waited almost 45 minutes for a shuttle as there were more people than the buses could handle. Finally squeezed on to a seat that was broken with my 7 year old in my lap. Our car was in one piece when we finally got to it but it was completely covered in dirt. Definitely cheaper and better options at DIA and will not park here again. read more

Reserved covered parking. Got to lot and no spaces in covered. Last two rows were row of cars that were totaled cars. Circled around and around to get a spot and had to eventually try and fit between two totaled cars. No shuttle followed. We had to walk around and wave down a shuttle. All of which made us rushing to our flight. Got back and stood outside on 40 degree weather with 4 young kids for 45 min for the shuttle. They don't circle around every 10-15 min as promoted. They also don't tell you to remember your aisle and space number. Thank goodness we noted it. Upon return driver needed us to tell him where to take us. read more

Never more than 3 seats available on the supposed "pick up" shuttle, but about 8 shuttles sitting idle back in the parking lot. By 11:30 when no the service hadn't come by, we all started calling and there was no answer. We called Las Vegas headquarters and they couldn't get ahold of the Denver facility. I will never use this shuttle again. I waited 35 minutes for a shuttle to airport at 4:30 am--others decided to drive to catch flight. When I returned at 1pm in afternoon, I waited for 20+ minutes on Island 3 by Door 513 per the email instructions. The van apparently stopped at Door 509-511 instead. I had to flag down the driver to stop. He stopped in the middle of the road and told me to hurry. They say shuttles run every 15 min, try every 30. Buses are filthy. Parking wise don't plan on getting there before your time on the dot because if you want to pay for the 12 min difference you're better off just going somewhere else. NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER.
