We had a private room, which allowed the children to interact and play together. They started off with tattoos and coloring while kids were brought to another area to make teddy bears in groups of four or five. Lately, you go to a birthday party, and the kids are all just running off on their own and not playing together. Here, the activities got the children to play together, which I find so important. It was absolutely awesome! I also liked the quality of the teddy bears, clothing, and backpacks the kids got. I also can't say enough nice things about the service and staff. They were incredibly helpful in every possible way and accommodating. From the moment we walked in everything just worked seamlessly. There's also such a calm vibe that it is pleasant for the parents hanging out. The party area is open and spacious so everyone felt very comfortable. About three different families that participated in our party liked it so much that they're looking to do their kids party there as well. This place deserves even more than five stars... There are many art contests throughout the year that can be featured in books or games, and even international recognition. Have a try! ------------ Leeann is the main teacher that teaches art (drawing and painting) to kids about 4 and above. The space is quite new and has lots of room for expansion. Currently, she has 1.5 hr sessions throughout the day during weekdays and weekends. Most of her students are Chinese, but she is also fluent in English. The art class lasts 13 days for about $400. You need to provide your own media (color pencils, paint, pastels and paper), which she can recommend. The class is a mix of different skill levels. Your child will create works with different media, for example, she teaches basic outlining with pencil followed by marker, then the child colors with markers and pastels to create a unique piece. The classes are flexible with ample time for make-ups. If you have a toddler, there's a Gymboree next door. I take my 18 month next door during the art class.
