The associates should honor what is advertised for their bowling special and if they can't they need to better advertise that it is an online special.

We only bowled, so I can only review that part. Shoe rental is $3 and the shoes are decent. The alleys are nice and the scoring system is easy to work. Many of the balls are beat up, but just look around and you will find one that works. Staff was pleasant and the interior felt clean. I never understand when alleys are empty, why they put people right next to you. This happened here and it's just annoying since you now have to wait and take turns. There were dozens of empty alleys, so I just don't get it.

However the second time, our lane would not work at all, tables were sticky, floors were gross, they stopped our 3rd game with 2 frames left and when we called service to see what happened they insisted we did not pay and made us pay again. (It was $19 per person including show rental for each of us, and then $7 for every game past that) Beyond this, the staff was very rude when we reported any issue with the lane (not resetting, game shutting off, not registering pins hit, putting down the wrong number of pins, etc.)...yes these were all issues we had between all 3 games...repeatedly...they got snappy and refused to answer us on the speaker...only stormed to the back of the lanes whole giving us dirty looks. I had high hopes as it was a Saturday night, so they had the black lights, music and all on. I've never tried their food or drinks, but I never see people try either of them and the food is VERY overpriced, plain hotdogs were sitting at $6 the first time I was there, so I assume drinks must be much worse. Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience, and my friends were as well. I had high hopes for what presented itself as an awesome night.
