I greatly appreciate the upfront pricing if my insurance does not cover the cost of my visit. I took advantage of a recent January special for in office teeth whitening. When I inquired about coming in for the service I was notified they were booked solid for the remainder of the month. FYI... teeth whitening is done on Mondays only. Advanced Dental was gracious enough to get me in for an early February appointment and honored the Jan special price. They did me a solid and didn't have to!

When I entered the office, Karen welcomed and greeted me warmly. I was offered a heated neck pillow and asked if I wanted any of the drinks that were available in the waiting room. The wall waterfall and soothing music provides a spa-like experience....something I've never experienced in a dental office before! Sandi is an awesome hygienist...thorough in every detail of the cleaning procedure. Dr. Beth is awesome... patient and understanding. She gave me an extensive exam and answered all of my questions with clear, concise answers. I've always found the front staff to be very friendly and in addition to a reminder card in the mail before your appointment, they will also give you a call. I've had a variety of dental hygienists over the years, but my favorite is Chrissy. If someone has to go poking around my mouth with a sharp object, I prefer they not mess around and just get it done. Dr. Stahlecker is great with the shots when I have to get them for fillings and she is very patient with me as my tongue tends not to cooperate when she is trying to take care of a filling. The other two dentists here are a father/daughter team and I've seen the daughter once when Dr. Stahlecker was on vacation. Again, I've never had any issue with anyone I've dealt with here and would recommend this practice to anyone new to the area or simply looking to switch dentists.

I've never had hygienists like they do here--they're all overly-versed on all things dental-hygiene related. You can tell that they love their jobs and are treated well. It also happens that their dental relations (oral surgery, etc) are also chosen with great care. (One I worked with before discovering this office, another they sent me to where I had a very easy time with a sinus lift and bone graft for a future implant). While my care plan and journey is pretty straight forward, my husband has an insane and complex dental journey ahead. If I call about whatever he should get done next, I'm confident that they'll help me get him in the chair and help him go forward with the rest of his checklist. Making a care plan here is easy breezy like Sunday morning. They will have you confident and sorted with your dental priorities and insurance. I already drive about 25 minutes to get to the Lansdale location, but if they moved, I'd just buckle up for a longer commute. The last time I was there, I noticed that Dr. Kaffey had a plaque near the front desk regarding his time as president to a regional dental association. Definitely something that wasn't surprising. I was having so many problems with my teeth over 10 years ago and now my teeth are in great shape and I owe it ALL to Dr. Dubin. His staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caring. (This coming from a person who grew up with a mother who said she would rather have a baby than go to the dentist.) I've had such bad experiences and now am home at Dental Innovations. They have gone out of their way for me and I can't thank them enough. I drive over 40 minutes to get to their office and when and if I move out of the area, I will make sure that I am able to get back to Dental Innovations for my appointments. If you are looking for a dental office that is gentle, caring and able to do more than the usual dental care, this is the place for you.
