When I inquired about coming in for the service I was notified they were booked solid for the remainder of the month. FYI... teeth whitening is done on Mondays only. I've never had hygienists like they do here--they're all overly-versed on all things dental-hygiene related. You can tell that they love their jobs and are treated well. It also happens that their dental relations (oral surgery, etc) are also chosen with great care. (One I worked with before discovering this office, another they sent me to where I had a very easy time with a sinus lift and bone graft for a future implant). While my care plan and journey is pretty straight forward, my husband has an insane and complex dental journey ahead. If I call about whatever he should get done next, I'm confident that they'll help me get him in the chair and help him go forward with the rest of his checklist. Making a care plan here is easy breezy like Sunday morning. They will have you confident and sorted with your dental priorities and insurance. I already drive about 25 minutes to get to the Lansdale location, but if they moved, I'd just buckle up for a longer commute. The last time I was there, I noticed that Dr. Kaffey had a plaque near the front desk regarding his time as president to a regional dental association. Definitely something that wasn't surprising. In December, I had the opportunity to purchase optional dental coverage from my health insurer for…read morethe following year. The insurer provide me with access to a list of dental providers who accept their insurance for the following year. I found a local dental provider in the insurer's database, and confirmed the dental providers acceptance with the provider in late December. However, in order to schedule an appointment, I had to wait until I received my 2017 insurance card, so that the dental provider could be added to my insurance profile. Within ten days, the dental provider was added, but now they are saying they do not accept the insurance, despite being listed as accepting the specific insurance, and despite their telling me that they accept the insurance. Folks, the dental provider has the ability to accept insurance, or not. In this case, they informed Keystone that they will accept the insurance for 2017, so the dental provider can be placed on their database as accepting coverage. Based upon the dental provider telling me that they do indeed accept the insurance in December (for calendar year 2017), I opted to purchase the additional coverage for 2017. Now that the new policy is in place, the dental provider does not want to accept insurance. It seems as though the dental provider wants to be listed on the insurer's database, but does not want to accept the insurance. MY SUGGESTION: If you really want to utilize this provider, make sure you bring cash ... regardless of what you are told.

I was having so many problems with my teeth over 10 years ago and now my teeth are in great shape and I owe it ALL to Dr. Dubin. His staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caring. (This coming from a person who grew up with a mother who said she would rather have a baby than go to the dentist.) I've had such bad experiences and now am home at Dental Innovations. They have gone out of their way for me and I can't thank them enough. I drive over 40 minutes to get to their office and when and if I move out of the area, I will make sure that I am able to get back to Dental Innovations for my appointments. If you are looking for a dental office that is gentle, caring and able to do more than the usual dental care, this is the place for you. Obviously I can't say enough good things about this wonderful practice.
