The receptionists are young and friendly. The are polite and very welcoming. The always greet me and seem to remember me and my children from previous visits - even when they are years apart.
There are quite a few dentists in this practice and you don't always get to see the same one. If your having a number of treatments they tend to book you in with the same dentist, but if it's just for check ups, it's pot luck unless you ask for a specific one.
I've never had trouble getting an appointment and think it's great that they will see you the same day if you are in any pain.
The only bad point are the stairs. There are about 7 steps into the building, hard to manage with a pram and a toddler. And then there are about 13 stais inside if you get one of the treatment rooms upstairs.
The reception is friendly and has a selection of magazines (quite old now though), and some toy for children to occupy themselves.
