This clinic is new and clean like all the other medical buildings I've happened upon in Newcastle. The toilets are clean, they are locked now so you will have o ask for the key to use the facilities. The staff are not always that friendly but they are helpful. The GP is very efficient, quick diagnoses, no fuss, but I can't help feel like I'm being treated very clinical in there. The nurses for the walk-in service are friendly but can only treat minor things and can tell you if you need to see the doctor. It is quick and easy to register to be able to use the GP services (faster if you find a member of the admin team and have your documents such as NI number, ID and proof of address). Also, it is located in a very handy place as the bus stops right outside the practice and there is a pharmacy next door.

The heath centre itself is easily accessible by bus or car and offers ample parking with it being next door to Aldi supermarket. The pharmacy is just around the corner too which is pretty convenient for those needing prescriptions. Found it a little unusual that there isn't a reception upstairs so you sit in the waiting room and hope for the best. I was a few minutes late on one occasion and sat for half an hour oblivious to whether they had already called my name or were just running late. The waiting room is also small and cramped so personal space does not exist if it gets busy. The staff seem friendly enough. They don't appear to go the extra mile though. On both occasions I was told what I already knew and that I needed to be seen at the RVI for actual treatment so it appears to be an unnecessary stepping stone. Not much else to say really.

The receptionist is always friendly polite and very helpful. The Doctors are wonderful, listening to your ailments and advising or prescribing as necessary. If its a real emergency, they always make time to see you, and get you sorted out. I have nothing but priase for all the staff here from the receptinists to the Nurses who are always happy and smiling and the Doctors. Thank you for a great service read more

As far as I know, they are still taking on new NHS patients, unlike many other practices. I have always found the staff to be very professional on the desk, whether on the telephone or in person and the dentists are very good, especially with nervous patients like me! They offer sedation for those who require it. There is plenty of parking at the front of the surgery, although this is shared with some other shops, but I have never not been able to find a space.

Even his place have x-ray so you not need go to hospital to get pictures from your teeth. On Watch dental not just doing something wrong with your teeth but over there have cosmetic teeth surgery too like make your teeth more white and many many more. I go over there because my old doctor do not make my teeth better. When i go watch dental the doctor straight away doing well for my teeth. Never feel scarry or feel hurt when doctor doing something on my teeth. I always have a problem with my teeth plenty time i go there to put crown, take my tooth and put new bridge, take my old crown (from my old doctor) and put the new one. The always greet me…read moreand seem to remember me and my children from previous visits - even when they are years apart. There are quite a few dentists in this practice and you don't always get to see the same one. If your having a number of treatments they tend to book you in with the same dentist, but if it's just for check ups, it's pot luck unless you ask for a specific one. I've never had trouble getting an appointment and think it's great that they will see you the same day if you are in any pain. The only bad point are the stairs. There are about 7 steps into the building, hard to manage with a pram and a toddler. And then there are about 13 stais inside if you get one of the treatment rooms upstairs. The reception is friendly and has a selection of magazines (quite old now though), and some toy for children to occupy themselves. They always seem to be taking on NHS patients.
