I was really pleased with the quality of the facility. They have a wonderful selection of staff that genuinely care about people. When you show your face and show that you care, it helps them care a little more too. Most rooms are shared with a curtain dividing for privacy. There are many events and social gatherings that are hosted here for those willing and able to get out and mingle indoors with their neighbors. They also have a great menu selection that residents can pre-select. No facility is perfect, but this is definitely one of the better ones and depending on your insurance, you'll see it on the bill (lol).

Cornerstone went beyond our expectations. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and caring. The people treated my loved one as if he was a part of their family. They were patient and extremely attentive. The people here made my loved one a priority. It is because of their hard work and care that he had the trache collar removed and left breathing on his own. Therapy gained movement on his left side and got him standing. Because of their hard work, he is home ready for the next step. They believed in him. My family and I can not thank Cornerstone enough. We truly believe without them our loved one would not be here at home with us.

My family's experience with Spring Creek Assisted Living was mixed…read more On the positive side, my mom had a safe, comfortable space during the short time she was there. The food was good, and most of the daytime staff were kind and respectful to our family. We appreciated those individuals who showed care during an incredibly difficult period. However, there were significant issues that overshadowed these positives. Overnight staff repeatedly refused to assist our 24-hour hospice nurses with basic care needs such as turning my mom and helping keep her clean. This was especially concerning given her condition and the fact that hospice staff were present and asking for support. The most distressing issue came after my mom passed away. While she was alive, we fully paid the agreed-upon rate without dispute even though my mom was on 24-hour hospice care. However, after her death--despite the fact that she had lived at Spring Creek for only eight days and was on 24-hour hospice care the entire time--we were still required to pay an additional full 30 days of rent, including room and board and a full level-of-care fee. This was demanded even though the facility no longer provided--and in many cases never had to provide--care, medication administration, or meals. Of course this was outlined in the contracts I had signed while under duress and in crisis. During our immediate period of grief, administration was unwilling to have a compassionate or reasonable conversation about this. Instead, we were met with rigid demands and threats of late fees if payment was not made. At a time when we were mourning, this approach felt deeply lacking in empathy and left us feeling taken advantage of. While Spring Creek may be a good fit for some families, I would strongly encourage others--especially those considering short-term or hospice-related stays--to ask very detailed questions about overnight staffing support and financial policies after a resident's death.

The promises were wonderful when we were shopping, but the reality has been disappointing and worse. Service has been poor, meals are boring and there is little follow through on promises. They have over medicated my wife, lost some of her medicine and the red "emergency" button in the room did not work when we needed an ambulance. It is now reported that an employee was asked to repair the button in one resident's room and said that since there was a button in the bath and one in the bedroom, he did not need to repair the broken one. And, yes, the manager has heard about each of these and the problems remain. Beautiful facilities, some really nice staff and it looks fantastic, but I am truly excited about our move in a few weeks and have high hopes about improving our circumstances. AND, we are saving over $1,000 a month!

We drive here 5 hours away and stay in hotels because you see my husband is on a heart transplant list he's my caregiver and I am his you see I have a really rare cancer called thymoma I've been battling since 2020 and before this one I had beaten thyroid cancer this one has been extremely difficult but God has blessed me by removing making eight tumors in my lungs disappear. I have two new ones they're small I have a strong faith and my husband and I are retired and we all gave a story mine I got during my four tours in Iraq I'm sure . I have been a patient at MDA since 2012. i recently did 35 radiation treatments at the Woodlands as i reside in Spring just 10 miles from there. What an amazing group of people. "Always" smiling and on time with my treatments. The way the Woodlands works in unison with the Med center facility is amazing. I have lab/blood work done every 3 months and the results are usually in my chart/phone before i get out of the parking lot. Here is my summary in a nut shell. Why on earth would you trust anyone else with your life. MDA is second to none.They actually made my cancer history! Amen

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

About an hour after opening, I used the restroom and found it in unacceptable condition (video attached), which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In the exam room, containers of Q-tips, gauze, and cotton balls were left uncovered, and the strep test was performed without gloves or handwashing. We interacted with three different staff members who neither washed their hands nor wore gloves while caring for our daughter. The technician who initially came in to take her blood pressure and temperature repeatedly used profanity and complained about missing supplies, including a stethoscope. Before leaving, I checked the restroom again and found it unchanged. The lack of cleanliness, infection-control practices, and professionalism was very disappointing.
