I get it they are busy but come one. I only had a nurse come into my room once to check my vitals. I was never informed of my care or treatments. Every time I asked I was told someone would check in soon. They never came by. The nurses at the nurses station were rude and degrading. I am on several critical medications that I need to take to survive and I asked if I could have them since I didn't have them on me at the time and the nurses at the nurses station said they would check. They didnt. I asked several times and was always told they would check. I never received ANY medication while I was at the ER. I had family trying to reach me and they were either put on hold indefinitely or hung up on. I was never told they called. I was put in a room and forgotten about. I was having panic attacks while in the er and no one cared or checked on me. I would have received better care in prison. This er is a joke and I know they have good employees because I've been here before, but during my stay I received absolutely no care, compassion, empathy, or anything resembling human decency. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO TO THIS ER OR SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS ER! They will receive shitty care and could die without anyone noticing or caring.

Funny but the nurse who shaved my meaty thighs was a 30footfall fan and we talked about the show she had just seen at Bad Astronaut Brewing. Then I met Dr Cunningham and his cath lab crew . Nurses Adrine, Juan, Heather, and Ian were consistently attentive, compassionate, and professional. They took time to understand the patient, anticipated needs, and made us feel comfortable asking for help at any time. We are also deeply grateful for the excellent care provided by PCAs Melissa, Cheyenne, and Yasmin, as well as Cassidy, the mobility specialist. Their patience, kindness, and dedication made a meaningful difference in my experience. While many staff demonstrated outstanding care, we also experienced serious issues that raised concerns about patient rights and safety, including effective communication, dignity, respectful treatment, pain management, and care in a safe environment. After requesting a different hospitalist, our interaction with Leyla Mehdinasab was distressing. Her approach was aggressive and dismissive, with repeated interruptions and refusal to allow us to voice concerns or change providers. This interaction escalated despite the presence of a patient liaison and the director of nursing. Additionally, during a reaction to morphine, the night nurse, Rina, did not respond promptly when assistance was requested, resulting in a dangerous delay while my oxygen levels dropped. She also administered a nausea medication that had already been proven ineffective, despite being informed that a different medication had worked, causing a return of severe nausea and vomiting. It is clear that Methodist has many excellent, compassionate professionals. However, these experiences highlight the need for accountability and re-education to ensure patient safety, respect, and quality care. We would like to know what steps will be taken to address these concerns and prevent similar situations in the future, and we expect personal apologies from both individuals involved for the lack of appropriate care and professionalism. We tried again and again to speak to the above mentioned individuals, as my daughter was only seeking an apology for the blatant disregard for their own patient bill of rights and to know how these situations would be prevented in the future, but emails have only been met with complete denial of what happened. Apparently the only concern with what happened was the "internal investigation" which didn't take into consideration my daughter's account and the medical ramifications of the reaction to the medicine as well as the lack of response from her nurse at the time. Our family will avoid this hospital at all costs and will warn others.

Stopped…read moreint to several other "pop up" ER's I saw and one didn't do what I needed and they the other didn't take my insurance. BOTH had 2+ hour waits as well for customers who weren't even there but had checked in online. Literally NO ONE was in there waiting room. And someone presented with an emergency and they wouldn't take me in ... I had to WAIT. That's CRAP.... so I was headed to a regular Hospital 20 miles away and my brother called and suggested this one... I happened to literally be parked at a light next to it! I had no hopes after the first two places on this same road, coming out of Magnolia headed towards Conroe. But I went in because I was desperate. Tasha greeted me and was actually helping another couple. But saw I was in some distress and called me over, and asked them to sit as the gentleman was just there for a regular appt, no emergency. She got me set up,'signed in and registered, AND it's all online here,'they send all the forms to your phone and you fill them out. It's all PAPERLESS. I sat only about 5 minutes and sat taken back by Summer. She took my BP and temp checked my immediate vitals and had me explain what was going on. I was already in a room! Still doing my forms online. She left and said she'd be back. Upon her return about 20 mins later she tried to get blood which is what I needed to check for an electrolytes imbalance or low blood sugar, etc... and a urinalysis. That also ran a full Pneumonia, Influenza, RSV, and Covid panel as well with nasal swab. She had some issues with my blood. Draw so another nurse named Angela came in and boy do they two of them look similar to me! Anyway she got it and she told me 30-45 minutes for the results. So I played back on the bed and waited. In about 30 minutes I got text saying my discharge paperwork was being prepared. About 3 minutes later Dr Kasper came in. Very nice gentleman. Gave me a full. Physical exam, of heart and lungs etc. he said all my labs were good and my urine as well for a dialysis patient. Thinks maybe I did have a slight electrolyte or low potassium episode but as soon as it happened I did stop and grab a bottle of OJ and start drinking it. Or it may have been low blood sugar. But then the OJ would have helped with that as well and I'm finally seeing him almost 5 hours after it happened, so I'm still a little jittery and feeling anxious inside I tell him and he says he thinks I also had an Adrenaline Rush or DUMP. Because when I happened jumped into action to hurry and. Correct it and he said I do probably still have some of that but I will probably be feeling super tired soon. So they let me out feeling better that nothing was wrong inside. And I did make it home finally, ate for the first time all day and promptly went to sleep for about 3+ hours. Wakes feeling a lot better and HUNGRY. The whole team at the Clinic could not have been more friendly, quick, efficient or helpful. It was raining cats and dogs this day, it was very stressful and unnerving for me, and their professionalism and attention to details and quick care was much appreciated. Especially To Tasha up front who basically helped and so that whole online consent showing me how it worked where to click where to sign etc... because it was all Greek to me!!! Thank you so much for your extra time and care, Tasha... and your smile, . As someone coming in the door already upset, a little scared and in a town they don't live in, she made me so comfortable fright from the start. I even tried to walk out once or twice cuz I wasn't sure they could do what I needed and she was like "no, no, we do it all, you don't have to go. Just let me get you signed in..." if I am ever back here again an need emergency care while visiting Magnolia, this is where I will come.

From the ER to being in my private room, a beautiful large room with an incredible picture window. I wanted to adopt all of my nurses and staff Be kind when you are in the hospital pay attention to what they are doing. They are run, ragged shorthanded, and never seem to stop running to take care of us. They do it with a smile on their face they find time for you even though they don't have any time. By the way, the food was incredible. I had the option to order different if I wanted to, but the everyday regular meal was so good. I never bothered to try the side menu. Be aware if there's any chance of you falling because of a medical issue, they are gonna watch you extra. Lol I thought they were kidding about not getting out of bed until I put my foot on the floor. My bathroom was about 3 feet away and yes, I had to fix a sock and I was going to try to get to the bathroom on my own. Next thing you know, I had red lights flashing, and a fire alarm sound a very loud one. They aren't kidding. They have to arm and disarm your bed before you can get out of it. It's for our safety of taken several bad falls before they weren't gonna let me do it on their watch. I felt like I was in a hotel. It was so nice even the wall color was pretty. I'm not happy with some of the management and some things that were done and the way they were handled. Remember to be your own ADVOCATE. That being said, though, remember your nurses and other stuff, including the people that deliver your food, I had some of the cheeriest and kindest people from that area as well. I had one young lady while I was still in the ER room come in one morning. She had a voice like a beautiful bird so nice to wake up to. Thank you is not enough to say to these great people. If you are near The Woodlands in Texas and especially if you need a Heart hospital, this is the place to go

From her initial consultation to pre-op, the day of surgery, and even her post-op visits, she consistently felt cared for, safe, and fully informed. She was understandably nervous going into surgery, but the entire team took their time answering every question and making sure she was comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most to her was the professionalism and genuine bedside manner of everyone involved. It wasn't just about the procedure--it was about how they made her feel throughout the entire process. That kind of care is rare, and it made all the difference. It's been a few weeks since her surgery (mid-March), and she is still talking about how wonderful her experience was. That says everything. Huge kudos to Dr. Saucedo and his team for delivering not just excellent medical care, but an experience that truly put my mother at ease.

My wife had a malignant melanoma that needed prompt removal and her oncologist was able to get her surgery scheduled sooner than we had thought possible. As we were at the doctors office for an exam, she was able to get my wife in for the pre-op review and testing. We live about an hour away so this really helped as we would not need to do another trip over to The Woodlands, other than for the day of surgery. We arrived super early on the morning of surgery, the check in was easy and in no time my wife and I went back to the room where she would get ready. Everything at this hospital looks so new and clean, it really made us feel comfortable, even though my wife was there for surgery! I waited in the large surgery center waiting area, it was very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. They have a piano in the lobby that plays remotely with no one at the keyboard, the music was so relaxing! After surgery, my wife was admitted to the hospital for overnight observation and we were able to leave the next day. She even felt the food was very good which says a lot as for most hospitals, meals are not usually well received. The nurses were so friendly and helpful and the room was quite large and spotlessly clean. I hope those reading this review never need to go have surgery but if you do, you should try to go here!
