We have rented both a pontoon boat and one with a slide and all of their boats are kept up to standard and are clean. The person who drives the boat is required to take a test and know boat safety before getting in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from 11 am to 5 pm and was $550 plus gas consumption. They do get really busy and packed, so parking could be an issue. The walk from parking to where you check in is quite hilly, so keep this in mind when bringing children/elders. There's even a place where you can inflate your floaties to enjoy the lake better!

(The dealer was going to charge me almost $2000 for the parts and $1100 for install... I bought the shocks used online for $140 and area 41 installed them for me and even calibrated them) Area 41 saved me literally 1000's of dollars and they were way more hospitable than the dealer. I will definitely be returning to look at the stereos or alarm systems. Their work is excellent and their customer matches. I highly recommend others to check them out.
