We have rented both a pontoon boat and one with a slide and all of their boats are kept up to standard and are clean. The person who drives the boat is required to take a test and know boat safety before getting in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from 11 am to 5 pm and was $550 plus gas consumption. They do get really busy and packed, so parking could be an issue. The walk from parking to where you check in is quite hilly, so keep this in mind when bringing children/elders. There's even a place where you can inflate your floaties to enjoy the lake better!

They were patient with me and even helped me hook back up when I left. They even looked and saw that there were few things wrong with my hitch ball setup and helped me correct it. It's so refreshing to be greeted at the door with a smile and a "can I help you". Because it was slow I had both service associates helping me get what I needed. In fact, to make it more fun they would quiz each other on the particular part, where it was at in the store and who could find it the quickest. I was amazed at how knowledgeable they were on my engine. So in a matter of minutes I had everything I needed and was checked out and on my way. They even gave me some valuable advice and tips on how to install and complete the job. My only regret was, I was in and out so quickly I was barely able to to get any photos. Just a fantastic experience. It's now my one and only goto marine store.

Horrible experience buying a used tritoon from this store. They make all kinds of promises to get…read morethe sale and then don't deliver on anything! Boat was dirty, full of leaves with cabinets/under seat locations filled with stink bugs they promised they would clean. Delivered in same condition. Promised me an included safety kit with the sale. Didn't deliver it. Multiple times, the sales lady said she'd ship me an anchor. Didn't deliver it. Claimed they did a multi-point inspection only to find a month later an impeller ready to fail and old broken fuel lines. They processed GA registration with the incorrect HIN# so it was a mess and a long wait trying to re-register in my state. Don't trust a thing these people say they will do because they won't.
