The guys (and girl) at Park Place are the true definition of customer service. They anticipate my needs, they are genuinely interested in my personal and professional life and goals, and most of all, they want me to be healthy so I can be a great mom, an outstanding professional, and continue my own self well-being. When it comes to my health and we'll-being they will go so far as to stay open later, deliver medicine to my home (after hours) and call my doctor on my behalf to make sure I am getting the best treatment. The only complaints that these negative yelper have to bi$@! about is: parking. Ha! Petty. To that I say, get over yourself. The owner and his employees have reserved spots in front of their pharmacy so that sick and unhealthy people can take care of their needs. read more

This is my preferred pharmacy. The owner and his employees are all so friendly and always ask about my family each time I go in. I love supporting a locally owned business rather than the big box drugstores. I know several people have mentioned the parking situation. The parking lot is tight and there are several restaurants in the strip vying for parking spots. The pharmacy only has 2 spots and there are many patrons (including elderly) trying to get their medications. When someone inadvertently takes their spots, there is absolutely no way to have access to the pharmacy. Please be respectful. :) read more

Owners are always so friendly and answer your questions. They will stay open if you call ahead and can't get there before closing. The Pharmacist went over all the medications and suggested a vitamin supplement to take as well. I love supporting, traditional businesses open in the community rather than hideous chain stores. read more

Without question the best pharmacy in town. Park Place has stayed open a few minutes late, because they knew we were running behind schedule. Our prescriptions are always ready on time, and the staff never fails to recognize us. A true neighborhood gem. read more

I do not know his name, but he is a tall older black man. My friend and I had just left the restaurant next door to pick up a To-Go order and we got down the road and they called and said we left a bag at the restaurant. We went back but our parking spot was gone and so since we were literally running in for less than 15 seconds to grab our missing bag, we made the decision to park in front of the pharmacy, noticing the sign, but thought since it was so quick and there was still another free spot it wouldn't be a big deal. I decided to stay in the passengers side while my friend ran quickly inside. Immediately after she left the car, this man came out of the pharmacy and yelled to my friend "You can't ask me to use my f*cking parking spot?" and told her that she couldn't park there and she or I needed to move the car. She told the man that she would only be a few seconds and she would leave. He then yelled to her again "no, you need to tell her (meaning me) to move your damn car" so my friend said "ok I'll text her and ask her to do so" (which I didn't know happened until we were leaving) and she kept walking inside the restaurant as he continued to yell at her. The man then proceeded to walk up to the front of the car and yell at me through the windshield that I needed to move the "f*cking car". I mouthed to him that it wasn't my car and I would not do that and that she will be right back. He continued to yell obscenities at me and then came around to the drivers window yelling for me to give him the keys! I told him "absolutely not" and he began tapping on the window and being very aggressive with his words and body language telling me to open the car and give him the keys or for me to move it. Eventually, I just told him to call a tow truck knowing that we would be gone in a few seconds. He went back and stood in the door of the pharmacy and when my friend came walking back out he began to yell and curse at her some more. She got in the drivers seat and the man stared at us the whole time while we were pulling out and then he flipped us the middle finger and said "f*ck you" as we were driving away. This was very scary having this large man being so aggressive. As a woman, I feared for my life. I also want you know that had I ever had a desire to come get medications at this pharmacy, I never will and I will never recommend your pharmacy to anyone (and I work in the healthcare field). Generally, I like to support local business but I will not be doing that in this case. read more

I love this pharmacy! I use to go Walgreen's on berry because its 24 hours and about 100 yards away from my house but after going to Park Place I can never go back to a big, corporation pharmacy. They always greet me by name when I walk in. YES, THE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY REMEMBER I"M A CUSTOMER! Not only do they remember me but the pharmacist remembers past conversations we have had including my other medications and my health issues. I always get great service, never have to come back and get a prescription, they do it immediately when you walk in. Even though the hours are not the most convenient, it is worth the drive and working around their hours to go to this great local business. Also, they also try and work with your insurance if you have an expensive prescription. They never just spring a large amount of money on you without trying to help you get it lowered. read more

After years of being frustrated going to Walgreens or cvs I was told by a client about park place pharmacy. Being from a small town and not having chain pharmacys park place pharmacy was just what I had been looking for since moving to the metroplex. Mr. Craig the owner/pharmacist runs a 10star business in my opinion. The customer service is some of the very best I have ever received. Every employee goes above and beyond and they know all of their customers by name and make them feel important. It's so refreshing to go into a business in this day and time that actually focuses on the clients needs. I tell everyone I know they should go there. I've been sick and they have delivered my medication to my home, they have stayed late for me when I got off work later than expected. I consider everyone at park place pharmacy a friend. read more

Beware of CRAZED OWNER! Several reviews read the same... The owner of this pharmacy came at my wife screaming at the top of his lungs at her for parking in front of his store 5 min prior to the pharmacy closing with 3 other spots avail. I get it... but have some respect. I grew up in Ft Worth and that's not the way we treat each other. I was on the phone with her and heard the entire conversation.... My wife did move her car out of fear he would do something to her or the vehicle. Notice prior reviews he always screams/verbally assaults females that are by themselves... big man! Live in the neighborhood right to the west of this pharmacy and love how friendly and accommodating the employees are at Park Place Pharmacy. Walgreens on McCart couldn't locate a drug for me but Park Place pharmacy found it and had it for me the next day. They even sat on hold with Walgreens for 30 minutes trying to get the prescription transferred. Talk about customer service. They are awesome!!! read more

If there was zero stars, I would've selected that instead of one star. I live in the neighborhood to the West of this pharmacy. When realizing late in the day today that I had run out of syringes for my hormone shots, I drove over there to pick some up. I was confronted with "we won't sell those unless you use us to fill your prescriptions." A better business development tactic may have been for them to offer me syringes at a discount shall I move my prescription business to their pharmacy, or just sell them to me and ask for my business. I did clarify with the employees there to make sure there was no confusion regarding syringes being a legal item to sell over the counter. They confirmed that they were aware but the owner has a "rule" as they stated it that they won't sell certain items in the store unless the customer is a "prescription customer." Sorry Park Place, you won't get my business now, the next pharmacy down the road was more than happy to take my money. read more
