I reached out after the service privately in good faith to address my dissatisfaction and was responded very poorly just telling me that my car was too dirty and I could just schedule and pay for a second cleaning if I wanted. Also, a couple days before my scheduled appointment I received an automated email telling me my appointment had been rescheduled for a time that didn't even work for me. No-one called me or reached out to me prior to the message to explain why the change was being made or check what my availability to reschedule was. I had to cancel this changed appointment and reschedule it myself through their automated system which I found very unprofessional on their part. I would never recommend or use this company again.

They did a through diagnostic found out I had a spark plug issue. They kept my truck for a few days still testing it for the start up issue I had. Truck is running great now.
