While the owner of forever friends claims there was a teacher on the grounds and she "removed kids from the parent because he was being hostile" . I don't understand how someone can witness a child or children being intimidated by a parent when their job is to ensure our child's safety. NO ONE AT THE CENTER FELT IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO CONTACT me and tell my my son was abused on their property. I had to hear all of these details from a 5 year old. ISSUE NUMBER 1 - no one reported or called telling me my son was hit by someone's FATHER ISSUE NUMBER 2- a center's responsibility is to ensure all kids that are signed in and out of their center is PROPERLY BEING WATCHED. ISSUE NUMBER 3- no incident report nor police report was filed on behalf of the center. - NEGLIGENCE I 100% fault forever friends for their negligence and if you are looking for care I would not I REPEAT I WOULD NOT take my child here. I had a mutual agreement with the owner that that parent would no longer be on their property YESTERDAY 09/30/2019 that trust from the owner was broken when I heard AGAIN from my 5 year old that that same parent that HIT my child was back on the property. They even helped me potty trained my little guy who picked it up quickly! They have excellent structure and a huge plus is that they provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The prices are fair and they even teach the kiddos basic Spanish. I love the community and it feels like I left my kid with family. I felt like he was safe and cared for which is priceless. The playground is huge and I love that it's completely gated since it is midtown area. You need a key to get in and that made it feel very secure that it wasn't a free for all kind of door. They have a scheduled nap time and even if your kid isn't a napper they are expected to lay down quietly and can read books & have a comfort item like a stuffy. Even though they don't have cameras or an app for updates, they are great about communicating info to the parents and take pics of the kids and give you copies. They are open and transparent so you can stop by and check on your kid anytime. They have been around for over 70 years and not many places can say that! The school communicates very well through an app, uploads pictures, and keeps us informed with all the necessary updates. They also have an onsite chef that provides multiple meals a day, which saves us so much time during the week. All in all, we love this school and can't say enough great things.
