I was told by Maria that Ms. Sawyer had relocated to Idaho. After posting a negative review on Google, Ms. Sawyer began communicating with me regarding my claim. We either spoke on the phone or sent texts. We had scheduled a phone call for 10:00 the morning of January 15th. Here is what the text messages read which were sent the evening before: Jessica: "Our office close at 5pm." Me: " The roofer is running late so we will have to discuss tomorrow since it will be after 5." Jessica: "Okay, that sounds good. When is a good time for me to reach out? " Me: " The times are PST so one hour later in Idaho. 7:30-8:00, 10:00-10:15, 11:45-12:15, Anytime after 3:00." Jessica: "perfect, thank you for sending the times. I will call you at 10 am tomorrow. Have a good evening." The next day at 10:00 am Jessica did not call. I waited a few minutes and called her. I also sent a text. There wasn't any response on my phone. I called again. Later I noticed Jessica had sent an email to me. We had never communicated by email.She sent the email at 9:13 that morning telling me I needed to find a new agent. I didn't receive an explanation. I had an open claim and an agent who wouldn't help me. I was provided with some phone numbers to call so I could change agents and handle my claim. Jessica Sawyer did provide an 800 number to call and sent multiple photos of herself. Neither provided any assistance with my claim. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional

Jason Giambi and his team at State Farm have not been helpful whatsoever in facilitating this daunting process. Jason will not take my calls and pushes us off to an assigned adjuster with State Farm who has been impossible to deal with. I would not recommend using Jason Giambi's insurance services. I'm sure he would be happy to write a new policy but when you need him, he will not be there. Won't respond to text phone calls and emails. We are left fighting directly with State Farm who doesn't wanna give us money for anything and insists our destroyed home is currently livable.

I agreed upon a quote, and he sent my daughter the contract to sign, and even though I was also on the contract, I did not receive a copy of it to review or sign. Once I realized by daughter signed it and payyed for it, I asked to review it and the coverage was NOT what I agreed to. In fact it was the bare minimum insurance, and the cost was higher. This would not have covered her if she was in an accident. I asked multiple times to get this changed and was ignored. No responses to my email or phone calls. I'm sure they know that a 16 yr old is not going to review their docusign documents. I have cancelled this policy. Not a happy Mama

If you are stuck with david baker, you can call Goosehead and work the process to ensure you do NOT have to work with him any longer. And last, David Baker, if you are actually out there and still collecting commissions,,,, Please do your company a favor and Quit. You are giving Goosehead a bad name, and that is unfair to all the other agents with the company that do work hard for their customers.
