My daughter, age 16, reached out to Jakob Nemitz for an insurance quote for her first vehicle. I…read morehad her reach out to him, so that she learned how to do "grown up" things. He provided her a quote, and I reviewed the quote and communicated with Jakob about the quote. I agreed upon a quote, and he sent my daughter the contract to sign, and even though I was also on the contract, I did not receive a copy of it to review or sign. Once I realized by daughter signed it and payyed for it, I asked to review it and the coverage was NOT what I agreed to. In fact it was the bare minimum insurance, and the cost was higher. This would not have covered her if she was in an accident. I asked multiple times to get this changed and was ignored. No responses to my email or phone calls. I'm sure they know that a 16 yr old is not going to review their docusign documents. I have cancelled this policy. Not a happy Mama

I did not even pick David Baker, was assigned when my previous agent stopped representing goose head. (I am adding an edit here). Goosehead as a company still had decent coverage as a broker. If you are stuck with david baker, you can call Goosehead and work the process to ensure you do NOT have to work with him any longer. And last, David Baker, if you are actually out there and still collecting commissions,,,, Please do your company a favor and Quit. You are giving Goosehead a bad name, and that is unfair to all the other agents with the company that do work hard for their customers.

I have been a customer of Anthony Cappuccino Insurance Brokers for many years, carrying both my…read moreauto and homeowners insurance through them. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated poor attention to detail and unacceptable customer service. In late May or early June, I notified the office that I had moved my vehicle to my Utah insurance policy and asked them to cancel my California coverage. I also explained that the credit card used to pay my premium had been compromised and replaced. Caitlyn told me they could not issue a refund to a different credit card, took my new Utah address, and assured me a refund check would be mailed. After waiting four to six weeks with no check, I sent reminder emails. Only after another follow-up did my wife receive an email stating that a refund of $2,588 had supposedly been credited on June 22 to the original credit card account. I immediately contacted my credit card company, and they informed me they have no record of any such credit to either the old compromised account or the replacement account. This is not an isolated incident. Their lack of attention to detail has been a recurring problem throughout the years. When I canceled my homeowners insurance, I was later shocked to receive a substantial invoice from a fire insurance company for coverage I never intended to keep. The matter was never handled by Anthony Cappuccino Insurance Brokers, and I ultimately had to pay for a policy I did not want after the account was sent to collections. After years as a loyal customer, this is an incredibly disappointing way to be treated. If you value accuracy, follow-through, and competent customer service, I would strongly recommend looking for another insurance broker. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Anthony Cappuccino Insurance Brokers.

I told the man I read online that each registered car I had could get the plates, he said no! I only wen to this place to avoid the long lines at the DMV. So I ended up going to the DMV anyways, I asked for the disability plates. They handed them to me Right away. For 2 cars. So the man at AAA was dead wrong! So be aware they may give you totally wrong info. The value of the place AAA on Wilbur that wasted my time is zero for this reason. Maybe they're good at something else, like give you travel maps or something else, but it's not cars and registrations and refused to give me the disability plates I had the right to.

AAA Has Been a Complete Disaster - Avoid If You Value Your Home…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. AAA's handling of our home insurance claim has been absolutely appalling. Since filing in March, we have been met with delays, neglect, unqualified vendors, and outright lies. We waited weeks for temporary housing, which I ultimately had to secure myself. The mitigation company AAA sent reflooded our home and then walked off the job without completing the work or taking responsibility. The general contractor AAA assigned submitted a bid so severely under budget that it left out major areas of repair. When we followed AAA's direction to get bids from licensed contractors, we submitted multiple -- all matching in scope and cost -- yet AAA refused to negotiate and continued to refer to their lowball, incomplete vendor estimate. We've been out of our home since April, with six children, including a child with serious health issues who was exposed to mold due to AAA's delays and poor contractor oversight. AAA did not take urgent action until I demanded it. No one from AAA even visited our home until July, after demo was already done -- four months after the claim started. Every vendor AAA has sent has been inadequate, unprofessional, and in some cases paid for work they didn't finish. We are now forced to pay out-of-pocket to restore our home because AAA refuses to provide fair market value or labor costs. Even after we submitted professional estimates with detailed scopes of work, we were backed into a corner -- use their unqualified people or pay for it ourselves. This has been the worst service I've ever experienced from any company, ever. We have no trust in AAA, and we are warning everyone we know: if you have AAA, pray you never have to file a claim.
