My daughter blew her tire late at night and was stranded on the side of the road. We used AAA towing . Jamie was our tow truck driver . He most definitely deserves a 5star review . I am so grateful that he came to help us. He was so personable - attentive and completely made a bad situation better . Had it just been my daughter by herself , I would have been at total ease to know she would have been in such great hands with someone as caring and genuine as Jamie . After I misfueled my 1 ton diesel truck, which also had a 3200 camper on it (yup, had a really bad day) AAA was contacted through AMA to handle a complicated and tricky tow to drop my camper and then tow it to Knibbe Auto for service. The operator (Kevin) did an OUTSTANDING job of handling the dance of hooking and unhooking, all while not being able to start the engine on my truck. Honestly, this was the only bright spot in an otherwise crappy day and I would not hesitate to call AAA again for heavy/tricky tow jobs. read more

On a difficult night, when I could not get through to many towing services in Calgary, AAA was there for me. Nevertheless due to the continuous self improvement process we are all engaged in, we had some hiccups in terms of communication, and we had to exhibit patience and understanding. Although they did not email me the receipt they promised to send me yet, my car was delivered to my house and they even came to my house to get the steering lock key, as I could not go to the pick up location. I had my fuel pump die on me while on Deerfoot Trail. I called a couple tow companies and settled on this one because they were able to get to me the soonest. The driver made sure to take photos of my car from all angles before even saying a word to me. He hooked up the car and brought my car and myself back home. Offloaded the car, I gave him a tip, and he was gone. It was late so I went to bed. I go to work on the car the next day and I have a completely flat tire. I fill it up and it instantly deflated again. The tires were a month old. I have attempted to contact them through email and phone a few times but haven't been able to talk to anyone there. The photos taken before the driver hooked the car up clearly show all four tires properly inflated. I wasn't able to drive the car so it couldn't have been my doing. Very disappointed that they can't even reach out about it. Next time I'll wait an extra couple hours for a different company. read more

He had us back on the road in less than 3 minutes. He said he hates to see people pulled over on the side of a busy highway due to the danger involved( no kidding I was fearful for sure). Very disappointing service over the phone. I need the truck at a certain time two days in advance but they tried to book me for later in the day despite having two days notice. They didn't inspire confidence in me to get my job done, so I chose to go elsewhere. Dispatch didn't seem to care, nor did they answer my questions. With having 3 witness, and their driver admitting they hit it, they are claiming no fault. The is owner has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Well I just got towed by them so I figured while I'm waiting for a them to fix my car, why not write a review about my experience with AAA Towing. They were sent to me by Honda Roadside service. My car wouldn't start but luckily it was nice out today, so I didn't mind waiting in the sun. The truck came rather quickly and the man was really nice. Since I'm no mechanic, I really like when they talk to me like I know what goes on underneath the hood of my car. It means I look like someone that might know anything about automobiles and that makes me feel good. He boosted my car right away and was about to drive away when the car stopped running. We decided to tow it and I'm happy to report he was very gentle with the car. While I'm sad that ol' Sally is off to get fixed, I like know that she is in good hands! read more

Amazing service and above and beyond customer care, even off duty!! On one of the coldest days in the winter, one of the tires in my new car was losing air rapidly. I made it to the nearest service station with only 10 psi in my tire. I waited on hold with Nissan Roadside assistance for 40 minutes and at the time someone came on the line an off-duty AAA towing employee walked into the 7-eleven. He had just gotten off his shift and was reluctant, but helped me. I am very grateful for his service. He was my savior as it would have been a 10-12 hour wait otherwise. HORRIBLE PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I called for a tow truck at 1am from my FCA contract (Dodge) because my car ran out of gas they sent out AAA Towing 15 mins into the call I noticed the app was not working so I called to check up just in case. The lady on the phone said don't worry he is on his way I will get him to call you with an update on ETA be should there by 2:00am or earlier comes and still no call and no truck. So she puts me on hold for 30 mins because she has to call him to check where he is I finally hang up and call back as I am getting frustrated. When I get a hold of her she says oh don't worry he is on route I asked if she knows of a estimated time she said wait on hold again mins goes by no one comes back. So I call FCA my dodge company who made the call to AAA Towing and she was put on hold by them for 25 mins only to come back and tell me all they can say is he is on the way. 3:00am comes around no one is still here so I call FCA and they said they have to transfer to City Wide because they can't get a hold of the driver at City Wide. So I call back AAA Towing and ask what happened and who my driver was so I can make a complaint all she told me your call was sent to another company this is no longer our problem and I cannot give you any info then HUNG UP. So my husband called back and tried to get info but they still would not give it asked to speak to a manger apparently can't leave a message or talk to them until morning so I gave up. Then at 3:20 I get a call from the driver who was supposed to come the reason he didn't come was because he was not working he was off at 12am that's why the truck was not moving on the app and that's why he was not answering why the call Center didn't know that I have no clue and they lied about talking to him he didn't get a call from them until 2:30am. He called me and apologized which I understand now was not his fault but the call centre was horrible and completely unacceptable it took 3 hours before I finally got gas for my car I will never be using AAA Towing and don't suggest anyone else does either HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

My fiancee's car was having an issue late on a Sunday afternoon and needed to be towed. I called around and everyone was going to be at least 3 hours until they could get a truck out. AAA said they would be there in less than an hour. Luckily my fiancee's car broke down close to home and we were able to wait on our couch. The dispatcher gave us a call 5 minutes before the truck was to arrive so we could meet him. The whole process only took a few minutes and the cost was just under $150 to have the vehicle taken to the dealership. The driver was friendly and courteous and took care of dropping the keys in the night drop box at the dealership for us. It was great that they were able to help us out so quickly and could still make our dinner reservations later in the evening. read more

This company was contracted out of Okotoks to haul my vehicle. During the hauling or unloading the tie rod of my 1997 Jaguar was bent and before I discovered the damage it has virtually shredded two brand new front. tires. Cost will be minimum $800 to repair and company wants nothing to do with compensation. Avoid them at all costs! read more

I saw this company on yelp and called for a quote for a flat tire change. Dispatcher answered the phone right away and got all my details. They quoted at least 15 minutes faster and $10 cheaper than all the other companies i'd called. The truck arrived a full 15 minutes before the time quoted, they called me to let me know they were there, then got started right away. It was done within 15 minutes and took another 10 to sort out payment and finalize everything. Driver was very friendly, very knowledgable, professional and the price was exactly as quoted. I called AAA based on the reviews and I have to completely agree with all 5 star reviews. My car had broke down about 20 km's from home. The dispatcher was friendly personable and efficient - she was right on with her quote and arrival time. The driver was there 5 minutes early and another pleasure to deal with. I was able to quickly hand him my keys and money and meet him at my home. The driver arrived about 20 minutes after I got home - in Saturday afternoon traffic! Thankfully it wasn't a busy night for tow trucks. I hope I never need to be towed again but if I do I'll definitely use them again. read more

Worst towing company I have ever dealt with. Tell me I have a 30 minute wait and 1 hour and 15 minutes I called to find out how much longer will the tow truck be and puts me on hold for almost 15 minutes. I hang up and call back and tells me I called the tow truck driver and cancelled. I didn't know anything about the driver. We just had Josh from AAA Towing come by to tow use to the shop. He took the time to see if he could get my Jeep started before he towed it. We where all sure that it was a starter issue, so he tapped on starter to see if that would get it started and it did. He saved use a full tow fee and was great to deal with.
