The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

I went to see Dr. Suh last July because of his fabulous reviews. I went because of a bump, maybe a cyst, on the top of my foot above my big toe that was painful when my shoe rubbed against it. He told me he would remove it, and that the X-Rays showed that I had bone on bone in my big toe, and that he could put a pin in it to fix it. At that time, I had no pain in my big toe, even though my records say that I did. I agreed to the surgery. Today, after seeing the X-rays, I saw that I have a plate at the joint, not a pin, but several screws. I never knew that because I had never seen the X-ray taken after surgery. Communication was severely lacking. My new doctor explained what had happened to my foot and how the second toe is paying a part in all this because of the toe surgery, and why I am in pain and why it is getting worse. During my time with Dr. Suh, I bought several pairs of shoes that were recommended, and I spent $500 on custom orthotics that I can't wear. When I purchased them, I was told they could be adjusted if they didn't work, but when I went back to Dr. Suh he told me they couldn't be adjusted and I would need to buy a bigger shoe. I now have pain in my foot that I didn't have before I saw Dr. Suh. I wish I had known last July what I know now. I would have steered clear of him.

As you can guess, I am getting numerous additional bills. I would NOT recommend this place for an emergency.

The carelessness continued when we found out his medications were not called in and he had to wait another day for medication he needed. I'm pissed but my child suffered. He deserved better care.

When I read Dr. Haque's reviews , I was impressed but a little concerned about the feedback regarding his staff. I decided to find out for myself and I didn't find a decent doctor ... I found an AMAZING doctor who saved my life AND his office staff are awesome. That little lump was something to worry about because it was cancer. Dr. Haque listened to me , believed me and followed up on my concern . That wasn't the best part.... Once he knew it was cancer, he took complete charge of the situation , presented my options and told me what his preference was. THAT is what I want to hear from my doctor. He was assertive and in control of the situation . I loved that because I went to an expert and I didn't have an opinion ( otherwise I'd be an endocrinologist ) and he had my opinion for me. Through the whole process of surgery and RAI, this doctor called me regularly to check on my progress even though another surgeon he recommended, did my surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Garner also told me that Dr. Haque remains engaged with his patients so if he told me to do something different to what she told me ---- to go ahead and do what he says ... lol. He remained involved and engaged and at all times I knew, I was in good hands . I don't know what I don't know but he took charge and for that , my family and I are truly grateful. If you are looking for a touchy feely guy who will wipe away your tears - this is not your kind of doctor . His caring and comfort comes from providing outstanding medical care - making sure he does the best he can to make you well again. I suggest a therapist for the hand holding stuff. This medical professional scores high points with me and I would have NO hesitation recommending him to anyone. He has a great PA and his nurse Jessica is the absolute best. She is a little quirky and has a highly developed sense of humor. If you are the kind of person that doesn't enjoy that , just ask her to tone it down. I love it so I encourage it. This office has always returned my calls and been responsive to my questions . They have been kind and supportive through my recent challenges and I'm not the easiest patient . I'm rebellious and I have attitude and Dr. Haque and his team have gently worked to make me whole again. Lastly, this is not a doctor who will ask for your opinion - why should he ? He gets paid to have my opinion for me when it comes to my health. I have no problem recommending you entrust your health to him. As for all the blah about his office staff - not true - they are great. Hope you visit Dr. Haque and hope he helps make you healthy. The only problem I have with him is that he expects me to keep a record of my blood sugar. Hmmmm he hadn't quite figured out I only take it when I'm being good . I am a type 1 diabetic and Insurance makes life difficult to manage medications but the quality of care is so bad that after trying 3 different physicians over the past dozen years I am switching diabetes care after another sleepless week without foot pain medication and although this office is less than 2 miles from my home I am willing to drive to another city to make sure I no longer wait over a week routinely for refills of meds I've been taking for 20+ years.

The referral that my PCP faxed over (fax? who faxes anymore??) was lost it by the office staff. I'm going to see another doc in Southlake. At least they seem interested in taking me on as a new patient. This is a Mickey Mouse organization. Do you want Mickey Mouse as your doctor?
