The front staff was excellent both when I called and came in for the appointment. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient. They did have my birthday in the system incorrect and it seemed like it stumped them when I asked that they fix it. I literally only waited maybe ten minutes before being called back. It was the shortest wait I ever experienced and that was awesome! The nurse that did the initial stuff was very professional and friendly. I was a little grossed out when I had to give a urine sample and opened the little door to place my pee cup and there was already one in there! Gross - I don't want to see or almost touch someone else's pee cup! Dr. Sone was excellent. very friendly, professional, and funny. He did complain a little about having to fill out paperwork for my insurance company. That's part of being the Doc there buddy! He was thorough with the wellness exam though and that was reassuring. The reason they did not get more stars is because after my bloodwork came back they did absolutely nothing. I never got a call back to explain anything. All they did was just send me a letter with a bunch of numbers I didn't understand, a generic list of ways to lower my cholesterol, and a note advising a follow up in 6 months. For a new younger patient with high cholesterol I would have expected a little more explanation. Overall this place was okay. I will continue to go here because I do like the staff and the promptness of their service.

However, one friend recommended me to see Dr. Nick, and he drives 25 minutes to see him! When I first contacted them, I was apprehensive. Chiropractors have various reputations and have been known to just be in it "for the easy money" but I'm going to go ahead and ease your apprehension here. From the very start, any and all questions I asked were answered as if I was the most important person! Not a single "dumb" question can be asked. Great customer/patient service. As far as the process, it's easy. You can download the intake forms, print and fill them out, scan them back in and email them so your first visit is quick and seamless. The first meeting with Dr. Nick is private and comforting; it's all about how he can help "fix" you! I went 3 days before the X-Ray machine was installed, but now they have on-site imaging that helps save YOU money! Once you agree on a plan, you can get to therapy right away with one of his amazing therapists! They're very professional yet personal. They all seem to know your name and seem to truly care! Bottom line: when I come here, the "Cheers" theme song comes to mind. "Sometimes you wanna go - where everybody knows your naaame... And they're always glad you caaame..." :) Also, two weeks into PT and I am already "out of the fog" of neck pain I was in, I am even better than I thought I needed to be (I didn't even know I had limited mobility in certain areas, I just thought it was normal!) and I still have quite a ways to go until my specific therapy is over. I can't wait to go here each day, but even more so, I can't wait to have a healed neck!

They called the Flower Mound Location, at the end of the day on a Thursday, and they did not hesitate inviting me to their office. (I would have driven anywhere to get the help needed). Well, the staff at the Flower Mound office did not disappoint. They were welcoming and kind. It was clear they know their patients. I was ensured that they were covered 100%. Based on that information, I moved forward with their recommendation. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely inaccurate. I later received a bill for several hundred dollars because the services were not covered as I had been told. When I reached out to the office for clarification, I did not receive a helpful explanation or any accountability for the misinformation. Since then, I have sent several requests for records or further explanation and they have all been ignored.
