They came out a day or so after my first call, gave me an estimate and did a repair to hold us over until we get the new roof put on. The new roof is on and my house looks like a brand new house. We've gotten a 10 year warranty and the guys working on my roof were nice. I believe the owner was at my house everyday making sure the job was done right. I'm a fan of local companies and not impressed by those large companies that treat you like a number. Owner operated local roofer is the way to go!

Orange county roofing was recommended to me by a former roofing company, now retired.. I was having…read moreconstruction done on my home, and the moving of some walls created several unforeseen roofing leaks.. Owner said he'd come out and take a look to see if it could be repaired or replaced.. He sent out a repair guy who said there was "absolutely no reason" to go with the company (who showed up at the same time) and gave a quote on a complete new roof.. he could fix the issue. Since we were in the middle of a remodel, time and money were issues and we decided to go with them and the repair even though a new roof wasn't going to cost that much more. Well, the fix didn't fix the problem and they've been out now a total of 3 times.. Andy the owner came out after call #2 and said that he wouldn't reshingle the roof, but instead put up a much more expensive modified roof on my home because of the pitch.. He was the only roofer to say this, and this is where my feelings towards the company turned sour.. Because if he would have come out to view the house, like he said he would, PRIOR to the repair, during inspection and said this, i could have saved the almost 2k i paid for the repair and instead only paid another 1.5k for a new roof!! He then, after the second leak, said he'd be out personally to completely the 3rd repair on it.. He didn't come out, the same guy who was fixing it originally did.. Nothing against the guy who completed the repairs, but its 2 stars, because had i have been told up front they wouldn't reshingle the roof, or not have been told this would absolutely fix the problem, i would have just went ahead with a new roof from a competing company.. I'm not sure if the repairs have actually taken this time.. but, after a complete remodel of the interior i'm left with a patchy looking roof and a worry every time it rains. Therefor, i can't in any good conscious recommend this company.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed.
