So far my experience is they seem willing to help with a tough case all the top25 attorneys in all of California don't want to touch once it got rough. However he was also impossible to reach when I wanted to talk and constantly made me feel like once they signed me they could just ignore me. I found myself arguing my own issues with work comp even though once I had an attorney I shouldn't even need to deal with Gallagher Bassett (work comp). So I FIRED them. Looks like Janine Parmer will be handling my case and hopefully she's not the person being referred to in all the 1 star reviews that's unorganized and afraid of defense counsel and or the idea of arguing in court.
