I am truly satisfied with the legal representation I received from Demas Law Group! I was lucky enough to be represented by Tim, and he went above-and-beyond to ensure that I was heard, and was compensated for my injuries from an auto accident. Tim and his team worked tirelessly with the other insurance company to recover the maximum allowable for me for my medical costs, and pain and suffering. Because Demas Law Group has been in business for so long - and is so well-regarded - they have great knowledge and connections, and these go a long way with helping to move cases forward. A big thanks to Tim, Katelyn and the rest of the Demas Law Group Team!

I was told the person handling my kind of case didn't have room for any more cases for some time. Ok. So they network with other law firms and attorneys. My case was referred to Doug Rothschild. Weeks went by, so I contacted Demas and was told my intake information was sent some time ago. Now I called Rothschild's office. Yes, they had my information, but Mr Rothschild was traveling and when he returns he will certainly make contact with me. To humor me, his office did another intake and said it looks good for a winning case. In the meantime, another two weeks go by. I now fully realize why so many people hate attorneys or in the alternative do not trust them. Other than being greedy, arrogant, self serving, and an attitude of superiority, they're just plain scumbags. Unless your case is potentially in the millions, good luck getting their attention. They're either traveling or driving their Porsche to the Bay area. Did I also forget an exaggerated sense of self-importance? And to think the legislature considers capping lawsuits every now and then. It will never happen. Too much money is given by these loose lip barristers to keep those legislators in office. What a country!

I retained Phoong Law Firm in March for my personal injury case. Initially, the intake and…read morepaperwork process went smoothly, and I provided all the requested evidence and information. After that, I was told to wait for a referral for chiropractic treatment. Unfortunately, the process moved very slowly. When I finally received a referral, my experience with the chiropractor was disappointing. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment after rearranging my entire morning to be there, only to find that the provider was not available. I received no phone call, email, or notice that the appointment would not be honored. Because of that experience, I informed the law firm that I did not want to continue treatment with that provider and requested a referral to someone else. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication, and it took quite a while before any progress was made. Then, two days ago, I received an email and voicemail informing me that my case had been terminated due to the delay in obtaining treatment. I was surprised and frustrated because much of the delay was outside of my control. The original provider's failure to show up and the lengthy wait for a replacement referral significantly contributed to the timeline. Based on my experience, communication and case management could have been handled more efficiently. Clients should not be penalized for delays caused by referral issues and provider availability. I hope the firm improves its communication and coordination process for future clients.
