This place used to be fantastic, customer service was great I always got a fantastic prices from the original owner Eric. Now his son has taken over the place has gone to hell. Over the last 30 years I've bought many Sea-Doo's and quads from them. I will never buy another product from them in my entire life. My last few experiences there have been complete crap. Last weekend I was out there and I thought I needed a new Sea-Doo key, I purchased the key and then when they went to program it turned out to be a dead battery. Since the packaging for the key was open they won't take the key back even though it was never programmed and is in brand-new condition so now I'm stuck with the key that I don't need. Im out 80 bucks I'm sure they will refund the programming money. however at this point it's not the money it's just the point. I got stuck with something that I don't need, any other place would take the key back and repackage it and sell it but no not Parker Yamaha & Seadoo. I'm done with you guys you've lost a lifetime customer over 80 bucks. Update, We have worked out our differences and Parker Yamaha has come through for me. When I first took my RZR in for warranty I explained the airbox seal was rolled and the amplifier and radio never worked and the large glove box latch was messed up. After 12 days I stopped in and was told my parts came in a couple days ago and could pick it up late this afternoon. I called later and was told it was working just had to install the plastic parts. I told them I lived an hour south I would load up my trailer in the morning drop mf wife off at the hospital before 9 am and be at Anderson. When I got to the dealership I was then told the airbox seal was OK ? and the glove box latch was OK. When I got back home and unloaded it the motor sounded a lot louder then normal I checked it out 3 out of the 4 firewall clips were not tightened. Started to install my items in the two gloveboxes and first thing the latch screwed up. Then I notices no USB cord in the small glovebox. Then I looked at the compartment on the passenger side and seen a wire and light wedged in the corner? I can see what I will be doing Saturday because there is no way in hell I would let your so called mechanic touch my machine again. I started pulling the console apart two screws missing from the side one at the back was ready to fall out the tuff Lok rivet missing as I was rerouting the light and installing it I seen a 2 to 3 inch hole in the front cowl Don't know if he pulled it or it fell out in the 850 miles I drove it. I then installed the console put the seats back and started on the small glove box to fish the USB wire back in place the one screw the threads are bad and the other the clip nut and the screw are stripped. I will order these parts from a dealer when I get back to California. Let me tell you a few things about myself I am 81 years old been twisting wrenches since 1960 from lawn mowers to heavy equipment rebuilding transmissions as big as the RZR and three hundred MPH race car motors. Took my Polaris General to them to have a Kevlar rope put in to replace the steel winch cable and add a remote outlet. They quoted a really high price of $450 but I needed the work done quickly. When I got the bike back two hours later they charged me $565! No phone call, no attempt to honor an already high price! Now, found after some time the 12 volt outlet wasn't working. Had to tear the switch mounting plate out to see they had disconnected it and failed to put the leads back in! Anywhere but this scam outfit! read more

brought my sea doo in for service.. and needless to say they ripped my off.. paid over 1600 dollars .. and they said they took it out and it was running great.. LIE put it on the water and it didn't go. at all they said they checked it all out and nothing else was wrong LIES but that I might need new carbs soon they wanted to charge me 700 for carbs .. that I got done for under 200 obviously somewhere else... they didn't even check the lines that go to the pistons because it they had they could have seen that oil was not going to one of them which blew when I tried to call to see what they would do..they told me they would not do anything to rectify this injustice but because im a lady.. One of the salesman noticed I was confused in selecting an anchor bag. He went over the pros and cons of each anchor and recommended a bag; which I purchased. The anchor bag worked out great. they tell you they dont charge your credit card until the parts you order are shipped but that is NOT true. when the parts you order are wrong, and you prove it is THEIR error, you pay for shipping for the parts to come to you, you pay for the wrong parts to be shipped back, and they will charge you to ship the correct parts to you. stupid? Welcome to Parker Yamaha! when you buy Sea Doo plastic hose from them, they will charge you per foot when Sea Doo does it by meter or yard. That means the charge you TRIPLE! When I told them this, they didnt care. If they order a Sea Doo VINTAGE part, they charge you EXTRA even though Sea Doo doesnt charge them any more for a vintage part Not worth the hassle! read more

First weekend of the season for us and our Sea-Doo boat won't start. Called and spoke to Kyle in the service dept. Even though they were crazy busy he took the time to help me out on the phone to try a few things before we brought it in. Once I finally gave up and brought it to them he said they were swamped and probably couldn't even look at until the following week. Two hours later he's on the phone saying they had found the issue and we were back up and running! He took the time to talk with me when he was clearly super busy, then he took the time to troubleshoot our boat, even though he wasn't obligated to at all. You can't teach that kind of customer service. Kyle and Parker Yamaha know the meaning of customer service and have earned my loyalty and this 5 star revue. We purchased our 2015 Polaris RZR about a month and a half ago and needed to get dual registration in both AZ and CA. We reside in CA but also have a house in AZ and most of our recreational activities take place in AZ, from water sports to dirt. We were getting ready for the big Thanksgiving weekend and decided to bring our RZR to CA for the weekend, but found out that we needed a green sticker. When we got to the CA DMV, they discovered that the VIN on the RZR did not match the VIN on our AZ title!! After 4 hours and several calls to Dave Rizzo at Parker Yamaha, we walked out with our green sticker! Dave sold us our RZR (our first RZR) and throughout this whole DMV mess, Dave was so calm and helpful! He was so informative and knew exactly what I needed to do in order to get all our paperwork straightened out! I called Dave the next day to let him know what we did and found out that we were not supposed to surrender our AZ title! I have never requested 'dual registration' on an OHV before so I was just doing what the CA DMV instructed me to do. There was a misunderstanding between me and the CA DMV. Dave informed me to call the CA DMV back to see if they still had my original AZ title and to get that back! Long story short, Dave stuck with me the whole way and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time, he even helped me on the day that he wasn't supposed to be in the office! Tiffiany in finance also helped me in getting the AZ VIN corrected on the title. All the paperwork that Dave generated, at the time of the sale was correct, it was the AZ DMV that inadvertently made the typo. These guys provide great service! I was visiting the river, near Parker dam, and one of our BRAND new sea doos (literally with 10 minutes on it) broke down because of one messed up part. We towed it into Parker on a Friday afternoon, and they looked at it. Since it was so late in the day, they told us to bring it back Saturday morning at 8:30 and they would replace the broken part for us. They went out of their way to find the part too, since they didn't have it in their shop at the time. We brought our sea doo back Saturday morning at 8:30, and it was back in the water by 10! Such great service. I would of been really upset if we were down a sea doo, and these guys made it happen so we were able to enjoy both of our sea doos for Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully next time I'm out we won't have any issues, but it's a good, reassuring feeling to know that this dealership is here and able to help out! read more

i called Parker Yamaha a week ahead to set up an appointment to drop off my 636 ninja for some warranty work. Drove 3 hours hours to drop off the unit. A week went by and no follow up phone call..they called me to say that they were too busy to do any warranty work to my bike. i told them that was fine i'm willing to wait for time to open up . Steve the service manager told me ok let's look at the schedule and ill give you a call back, never received a call. i called back the next day because they suck at calling customers back for some reason! so they told me that they are refusing to do any work 1st reason was because they do not have and Do Not want to buy the specialty tools needed to do the warranty work that a kawi dealer should have!!! 2nd reason was that the tech did not want to work on my unit witch was a lie because i personally know the techs and use to work there ,they told me they're ready and excited to work on my unit ... i would not recommend anybody to take their motorcycle/utv/atv/watercraft to this place ...... only reason it gets a star is to post review read more
