That was frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I had to have a starting device installed due to a legal situation that was handled improperly, so I was already stressed about having to spend this money in the first place. David was very understanding about that, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, my interaction with the owner was not pleasant. When I spoke with him on the phone, he told me I needed to hurry because he had to "go over things" with me and would be leaving for a few hours. I explained that I didn't need assistance using the device -- I simply needed to pay and pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, he was short and unfriendly. He repeatedly asked if I knew how to use the device, even after I assured him multiple times that I was fine. He then said, "Well, I don't think you'll be able to do it," which felt unnecessary and dismissive. He handed me paperwork to sign with little to no explanation, didn't return my key until I asked for it, and overall made the experience uncomfortable. I walked to my car and started it without any issue. It's disappointing because David provided excellent customer service, and good auto service can be hard to find. However, my interaction with the owner would make me hesitant to return, aside from the required monthly appointments for the device. I hope the owner considers improving customer communication and professionalism, as it would make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

Second, please believe me when I say that these guys are SUPERSTARS! Not only did Jack find me a great deal on tires (one with a rebate!), but he and his sons addressed several issues (ones that I already knew existed) that needed serious attention. To say that they went above and WAAAAAY beyond to make sure my car was fixed that day is so far understated...they even stayed late to fix these issues! There were parts they did not have in stock and Jack sent one of his sons out several times to different locations to pick up parts needed. I mean, the time, effort, and care they gave my car was amazing! Jack apologized a couple of times that it was taking longer than expected, but they were short-staffed - basically, it was just him and one son doing the mechanics, while the other son was running around town to get parts, but what a team. And, the best part, my car...my 15 year old Corolla, ran like new! She had so much pep and ran smoother than she has in years! Thank you Jack and sons! Sunday night, my car wouldn't start. I had it towed to superior on Sunday night and it was there…read morefor them first thing Monday morning. Superior noted on the invoice that the car was dead on arrival. Said they tested the battery and that they were able to start the vehicle with starting fluid after multiple attempts. Well, to me that means there were something wrong with the car battery. They got the car running and charged me $155. They kept the car all day, over seven hours to do the safety maintenance inspection that I didn't ask for. They didn't ask me either. Two days later, the car would not start again. I called superior to let them know and they said that the battery was OK when it was there. The battery was dead in their own words when they checked it. I don't understand why they didn't replace the battery. I was unable to go to work on my new job on Wednesday, I would think that an auto service center would recognize when a battery needs replaced.. I am homeless and sleeping in my car. I have no money to get it towed. Fortunately, somebody helped me in the Walmart parking lot to get the car running so I can drive it to a Walmart service center. If that kind person did not help me, I would've been stuck there. I would not have been able to go to work. I wouldn't had a place to sleep. Anyway, I think they should've changed the battery on Monday when the car was in their shop. I think they should've recognized that since it was dead on Sunday and Monday and it was a really old battery, they should have replaced it. Since they didn't, it was a big hassle for me not going back to Superior auto service again. It said on the invoice that they recommended that I monitor it. That is ridiculous. I'm supposed to just drive the car around and hope that it starts when I get back in. I would have to have an expense of it being towed. Shouldn't they fix the car so you don't get stranded somewhere ? Walmart charged me $150 for the battery and instillation. Superior charged me $155 and didn't fix the car. They just gave me a list of $2000 worth of stuff that needed to be Repaired.

During Covid, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. My car has keyless entry and whoever left…read moremy car in the parking lot had the keyless entry too close to the car, and when I went to pick it up after hours, someone had rummage through my glove compartment and pulled out the glove compartment completely. Fitzway said they would fix it with no charge. When they supposedly fixed it, they did not replace the broken hydraulic arm that opens and closes the glove compartment. They left it with one arm, which worked for a while. They never told me to come back when the part came in for the arm. They just said they fixed it. Now my glove compartment is sitting on my car floor. This is how I found out that they never replaced the hydraulic arm.
