We usually have a decent experience here, but lately most of the fountain drinks have been out of order. This has happened way too many times in the past six months. The only hot food items we enjoy on occasion are the chicken tenders, but they can be hit or miss. Freshly out of the fryer? Good chance they will be juicy, crunchy and fresh tasting. Sitting too long in the case? Expect a soggier crust and stringy chicken. Sometimes the tenders are over salted and other times under. Definitely prefer the latter. The prices here for a convenient store meal seem high. Not one breakfast item we ever sampled was worth more than one bite. Wish they could get a local vendor to supply fresh baked goods. Everything is prepackaged, over processed and filled with mystery additives and ingredients. The restrooms are usually very clean which is a big plus. Service can be extremely spotty, so I can understand the negative posts. With the newer self checkouts, it may be difficult to find someone to help. On one occasion I saw a staff member and asked if he could assist me. He said "I don't work the registers" and disappeared through the kitchen doors. Really? No "let me find someone to help." I haven't seen this gentleman in a while so I hope he no longer works there. Staff turn over does seem high, unlike the Port Royal location. Yes, this Parker's could do better. read more

Don't want to have to self check out @ convenience a store. The kitchen doesn't have a very big selection. Nor is the wine shelf very stocked. Parkers on St Helena MUCH BETTER!! read more

Terrible customer service times10. The store manager held up my Doordash order for over 20 minutes trying to get Doordash to let her contact me to inform me that she couldn't provide extra cheese.... Are you kidding me right now? Venezuela was her name. She'd be fired if it were my store. I would never have Somali this petty be one of my front line people. Wow, Parker's. This location has only been open for a short time and it's a great addition to Sams Point Road. The store is super clean and organized, everything I've come to expect from from a Parker's. read more

Stopped in here today for gas and decided to get a drink, my mistake! This store has all self checkout and no cashier (no cashier running a register). There are a few machines for credit cards and 2 machines for cash. I attempted the cash machine, my purchase was for a $1.47, it took the first dollar, then the kiosk kept giving an error (I never even attempted the second dollar) and the "cashier" kept clearing the error, but as soon as the error was cleared, it popped back up again. After about 8 minutes they had to give me quarters to try and fix the problem with their machine. Unfortunately, they don't have any recourse to fix a problem once it starts. If you are just getting gas and paying at the pump, you will probably be ok! One star for a clean store, the rest of the experience was a huge waste of time! read more

Brought my family in to grab some snacks before heading out, also grabbed some gas (but paid at the pump). Dom was BEYOND rude. Didn't say anything to me or my family. Allowed a man to cut in front of us and took him first, and then asked me to move while my card was in the card reader so another customer could walk between me and the car reader. I was very shocked, she didn't even let us know we were good, didn't offer us a receipt. Just an awful experience all around. read more

I don't post things regularly....but I really really am unhappy about unfriendly service. Nobody smiles...they don't welcome you as do the other Parker's. Example....I got some chicken and asked for a condiment, told to get from condiment station, but I asked if they had any already packaged.( still no smile) she just turned around and got one , handed it to...I said thank you and that was the end of that‼ The Parker's on Ribaut in port royal are great‼ I would rather drive over there then look at the sour faces at sams point. read more
