Won't be doing this again!!!! On a trip to San Diego my husband bought tickets to a comedy show for my birthday. Show started at 9:30 pm. We decided to grab a parking spot through Parking Panda. We arrived at 8:50 and the parking lot was full. No attendant on duty to speak to. Had to literally circle the block for over 1/2 hour for a spot to become available. Was late getting into the show. When I called to complaint the "customer service rep" says - "well you eventually got to park right?" WTF? No apologies no offer to reimburse me for my time and being late for my event nothing. I was so disappointed with Parking Panda when we used it to park in DC. I reserved my parking lot the night prior to our arrival, but when we drove into the city, the address listed for the parking garage did not get us to the actual parking garage. There was another address listed on my printout (for the backside of the parking garage), and that didn't take us there either. We called the 800 number and the gal I spoke to gave me a completely different address to get to the garage. After maneuvering through one way streets due to construction, EMS, and fire trucks, we finally arrived at the lot I had paid $31 for on my reservation because that was the price for trucks, RVs, and taller vehicles. We have a Ram 2500 that's taller than most trucks on the road, so that is why we chose this lot. Parking on the sign was $7. I told the gal on the phone this, and she said that it was more for taller vehicles even though the attendant said $7. Also, he didn't want to scan our QR code. He said "NEED PAPERWORK next time." I told her his comment, and she said she would take care of it. She refunded $23.50 for our parking, but after literally WASTING over an hour of time trying to find this place, good customer service would have offered a full refund. As I told her on the phone, "This was a disaster, and I will NEVER use Parking Panda again!" And I will not. read more

I did not enjoy the use of your parking garage. It is poorly laid out, all of the reserved parking spots were FULL. Which was concerning since I PREPAIED for a parking spot. This tells me that you oversell your lots and hope that not everyone shows up, that's an outstanding plan! Also I had left my rental agreement in the glove box of my car when I parked it and gave the key to the attendant. When I got back to my car that day (4 hours later) the agreement was missing. WHY WAS HE IN MY GLOVE BOX! In short I will not be using your services again, nor will I refer anyone else to use your service, but will tell them to not use your services. Your parking lots are unsatisfactory, you oversell your prepaid slots, and your attendant does not seem to be trustworthy. Terrible experience. Drove around for 35 minutes as the garage address was wrong on the app. Pulled into one, was told by attendant that it was the wrong garage. Drove around for another 30 minutes before we called the number on the app, in which the person working for panda app said we were originally at the right garage. When we went back, the employees told me the parking lot was full. After trying to explain I already paid, etc. they finally let me park my car there(they take your keys). Between the wrong address on the app and the language barrier with the garage workers, I would have rather paid triple the amount it was to park at my hotel. read more

I paid to park for a New Orleans Saints game but could not find the entrance to the garage using the address provided in my gps. I drove around in game day traffic for 30 minutes, never found it. I finally gave up and parked elsewhere. I contacted parking panda for a refund. At first they responded and asked questions but they stopped responding and I didn't get a credit. Truly awful experience. Paid in advance, get to the lot and the attendant's reaction (lot at 1740 14th St NW Wash DC) was approximately "you pay Internet people not me". Bottom line I was refused parking at a peak time when it impossible to find other parking quickly, causing me to miss a show. The lot was in a great location, but was full - for this lot at least it appears they are happy to take your money when there's space and tell you to go get a refund when it's full - great deal for them. The value proposition for Parking Panda is guaranteed parking, and you pay a premium for it. Really no point in using them when you can't be sure of getting the parking. I bought the most expensive parking lot because it was the closest and when I showed up the road was blocked off and there was no sign for parking so I had to park somewhere else. When I tried to get a refund they told me that I couldn't because it was after my appointment which is set up for the hours that the ramp is open but I didn't need to be out there until three hours after it opened. So I emailed them and asked for a refund and they gave me a partial credit to my account and I don't have an account with them so where that went I am not sure. If the parking doesn't work out its more of a hassle then just driving around to find a spot! read more

I paid $24 for two days parking in Baltimore. The pass said to enter the Thames Street Garage on Caroline Street which I thought I did. The attendant looked at the pass and told me to bring it to the office when I left. When I did she informs me (now two days later) I'm in the wrong garage. I had to pay $34 more dollars. I tried 4 times to call Parking Panda and was on hold for over 10 minutes each time with no answer. So of course the time that my reservation was for is now passed without me being able to cancel. I have also emailed with no response. I would not recommend this service to anyone and plan to cancel. read more

If you don't pay the $20 to park in their garage you take the risk of people breaking into your car and the cost of destroying your car is higher. We were not so subtly warned by a parking attendant twice that our car would be broken into. Makes me wonder if they were involved or not. They have cameras all over their building except on the side of the public parking lot. Very convenient when you need proof for the police. read more

This was by far the WORST experience!! We were basically fleeced. They took everybody's money but reserved NO spaces. We were turned away along with a line of others in front of us and behind us in the exact same situation. I believe this fraudulent company may be taking the money with only a minimal amount of spaces available and once full, betting because it was "only" 20 dollars people will think it's too much work and time to try and get their money back. Hhhmmm just think of how much money they make charging all of us 20 dollars and only having to pay for a few spaces. Maybe one in ten might insist on a refund. These guys suck. After taking my car I was told no receipt available, and they asked me to wait if I needed it, and they don't know how long I have to wait. I booked the space online and filled up the list about my car's information. I was asked one more time to give the information again at their desk. The guy dressed up filthy and spoke rudely. They don't tell me where to pick me up when returned to Toronto airport. I waited an hour and no body showed up. I have to take a taxi to their parting place to take my car. Last weekend I used Parking Panda and paid to have a GUARANTEED spot at Patriot Parking in Philadelphia PA for this past Saturday 4/4. When I arrived to the lot, it was full. I, along with MANY other people, did not have a parking spot that we were GUARANTEED when we paid. We were all extremely angry and had to then find another parking lot and PAY AGAIN for a spot. I booked a spot for $29 and there were 2 transactions of $29 and $305 in my credit card statement done by parking panda. Obviously I could see the transactions only after getting credit card statement. I was told by Parking Panda that per their policy they can't do anything. This is a fraud. Horrible.. We reserved and paid for parking at a well known hotel in Baltimore for $9.00. Instructions said to show lot attendant the receipt on our way out. There was no lot attendant. We went inside, they said they knew nothing of parking panda. When I showed the hotel clerk the receipt, they said they've never accepted that before even though their hotel and address was clearly on the receipt. We had to use the kiosk and and pay again! I purchased a parking spot for $21 and due to an emergency couldn't make it. Best they did was $10 credit for next time use. i asked for a refund of that $10, answer was no, i asked for a full $21 credit instead, heard a rude no again. I use Parking Panda every time I am in Baltimore. It has an app which makes it easy to find parking close to where I will be going, and it tells the price of all lots in the area. Having the code ahead of time makes it so simple to get in and out. I have always found the best prices for events this way. Friends who went with me were surprised at the convenience of knowing there would be a space for us on a busy weekend evening. And if there is a need to cancel the reservation before the event, customer service is very helpful. I can't say enough positive things about this company. read more

Recently my husband and I were staying the night in DC, when we got to the hotel we soon realized parking at the hotel was going to be $60, just for the night. We sat there for a moment and I remembered how I have used parking panda before and how great it is. So we pulled over, and with in minutes we found a parking garage for $25 for the night, andddddd it was only a block away from our hotel! You can download the app to find out where the parking garages are located, but I WOULD NOT recommend actually making any reservations through it. The parking garages typically have lower prices than what Parking Panda charges, and you will not be able to cancel/get your money back. When I arrived at the lot 5 minutes before my expected arrival time I was told matter of factly that the lot was full. The guaranteed spot is not guaranteed! I was appalled. If you go to SF best service you can get. I have used it to get parking for several events such as Dreamforce or the SF marathon and they deliver. I also used the Groupon deal to get $40 credit for $20 plus all the online Parking Panda discounts. You really can find out so much about a company by the way they handle their "bumps in the road". I too had an issue with my pre-paid parking through Parking Panda. The garage we were at could not read the bar code. I must say, having to pay at the facility after having paid Panda did not make me happy. I reached out to the company a few times upon my arrival home. My question then was "let's see if this company cares about it's customers"? Bria from Parking Panda got back to me and was just awesome! She was understanding and quite helpful. She made me feel like she not only understood but would work to make everything just fine! Reserved a spot at 601 9th St for my kids for The Weeknd Concert at Verizon. All online info says garage closes 1 hr after the event. The garage attendant told them to be back by 12 bc he was closing the garage. The main act hadn't even started at 10PM. The kids worried through the concert about the car and the stuff in it for school that they needed. Really put a damper on the night. Not happy about it. read more

I had made reservations for a long-term parking at 2000 Penn Ave Garage (814 20th St NW, Washington, DC). However, upon arrival at the location on 11/24/2016 around 2.30 pm after a long drive, I found that the parking garage was closed and no one was around to help. The reservation for this parking was made on September 17th, 2016 through the website. Since then, no one from the Parking Panda informed me that the location will be closed during the Thanksgiving weekend, including on the 11/24/2016. We used Parking Panda when visiting the Smithsonian's National Zoological Park. There was a link directly to Panda Parking on the Zoo's website which was very convenient! We were able to reserve the parking in advance, and pay online, and print our ticket! It was very quick simple and easy! The day we went to the park we parked instantly, even though the lot said full we still had a slot saved just for us! Our friends did not have reserved parking and were just "winging it" and drove around for 45 minutes to find parking on the street and had to walk 10 blocks! We were right next the the park entrance, and bathrooms! I would so do it again! It was worth every penny! It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for you- you are not allowed to come and go as you please, once parked you have to stay parked until you leave! My parking lot was in downtown Washington, DC. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about this first time experience with Parking Panda, but I was very pleased with the service. Parking was very smooth from the valet drop off to the advance call pickup. No problems with accepting the printed Panda receipt. There was a glitch in the online prompts and the follow-through receipt/ticket, at first, but an e-mail and a call back from Panda took care of that. I would definitely use Panda again. read more

Beats driving around looking for garages, looking for prices etc. From the comfort of my home or car, I book my parking in advance, price included, and know exactly where and how much immediately. I used Parking Panda once. The vendor they used illegally parked my car on the road. When I went to pick my car, I found a parking ticket on my windshield. The vendor also left my keys sitting on the windshield wiper of my car on a busy DC street. The vendor said an owner would call me on Monday (this was a Saturday) to arrange payment for my ticket. No one called. I reported the issue to Parking Panda. They refunded my money for parking and said they would take care of ticket. They never paid the ticket. I checked with them a few times, they keep saying they refunded my parking charge and never mention paying the parking ticket. I got the unpaid ticket, now doubled to $100, in the mail today. I really hope people read this and don't use Parking Panda. read more

TERRIBLE. I used it a few times. The issue is they don't provide ANY service. Last time I used it I booked a garage for Nats playoff game. $50 for what was listed as "Self park". 1 -IT wasnt self park. The were packing cars in there and taking the keys. 2- the place over stuffed it. My car was damaged and a complete mess. The Garage refused to do anything. At the very least I expected Parking Panda to work with me again the garage or refund me my money for parking. I paid Parking Panda or the Parking Panda app. Their response was "Tough S**T...This is between you and garage. Doesnt matter that its our app...or that you paid us...or that we were the ones that advertised it...You are on your own". Will never ever ever ever use again. read more
