Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!

My wife and I have been doing business there for over 20 years, it's always our 1st stop for gardening supplies, plants and flowers. As with most non-professionals, most of our purchases have been Spring to Early summer. During those timeframes, the staff has always been overly helpful and friendly. They listened to us carefuly, suggested products that would sute us best, even special ordered some from their Nursery for us when we were looking for something special. This past week I stopped by to get a replacemnt hanging basket and I was sure they would have a few when no one else had any. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a bit of humor. When I mentioned to one of the staff what I was looking for she immediately said "Oh! you always get the _____ in ____ for your hanging baskets - she was spot on and pointed a few out and as my hands were full with our new puppy "Tiffany", who the staff seemed to like more than me (kidding), she carried my collection to my car. This may not mean a lot to most, but it showed me once again the level of customer supposrt and kindness that has always been present to my wife and myself by the staff and management of the Lehigh Valley Home and Garden Center - they get a 5 out of 5 from these very happy clients. The reason why I logged in to yelp to write this review is today I am putting together some paperwork on a remodeling job I was working on and found that I lost a receipt of items I bought here at Paul's 3 months earlier. I called the store and asked if there was a way to find out what I bought there using the info from my credit card statement. The Paul's Hardware employee was able to quickly find the transaction, tell me what I purchased, and faxed me a copy of the receipt. All of this took five minutes from the time I found out I lost the receipt, to when I received the fax of my receipt. AMAZING SERVICE!!
