We made a reservation for a certain period of time and were charged accordingly. When we checked out, they insisted we owed more money. We were leaving the lot 3 hours early. I had intentionally padded the time on the reservation in case the plane was late so we wouldn't be charged high late fees. This makes no sense. If we owed more money, it should have been charged when I booked the reservation. This could have been a 5 star review. Easy shuttle access, nice lady driving, close to the airport. read more

Lack of communication, Customer service is horrible and finds way to take your money. Their pricing has gone up where you are not getting what you paid for, as its NOT the greatest parking lot. It was OK when It was reasonable You are better off paying extra or the same at one of the better lots up and done Camp Creek. I don't fly often but when I do, I've always parked here. No more. I waited for 15 minutes to be picked up today and the wait would have been longer if I hadn't walked up to the main gate/exit. Similar to my experience in December when I waited for 20+ minutes in 30 degrees. Like last December I saw two passengers get picked up before me even though they arrived several minutes after I arrived in the row next to mine. I am extremely disappointed about your company process. First off, when I arrive at the location on Saturday, I was told by that African American lady that there were only covered spots remaining during that time. I drove at the bottom deck and there were at least 20 open uncovered spots (@$13/ hour). That's number 1 scam tactic, trying to get customers to get the expensive spots. I think that I might have misplaced the orange card given to me by the driver - so I was charged the maximum price @$23/hr although I still had the machine ticket on hand stated how long I was parked, that's number 2 scam. Never again will I use your company - I will rather miss a flight if you were the last offsite parking available for my next trip. I used this company in July 2023. The service was great!! Responded in a timely manner and efficiently. The drivers were nice and careful. I was denied services by Park 'N Fly because they no longer honored the Groupon and Thank God this company was right next door. They had available space for my vehicle and I was able to catch my flight to Orlando on time. I'm using their services again for my birthday trip next week as well. read more

We return 2 days later and our car cannot be found. First 10 minutes to locate keys in their office and now 30 minutes and no car. They will have you late, hot and pissed before making it to the airport! it's over 90 degrees no way you should have passengers waiting in the heat over 10 mins constantly riding pass your row! They wouldn't pick me up from the international side and I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the airport shuttle to take me to the domestic side to catch the park n ticket shuttle. I would never park here does an international flight. I have been using Park n Ticket for six years. The employees are great. It is convenient. One time I had a dead battery and an employee gave me a jump. I am a member of the Frequent Parking program and have been able to use my points on occasion to get a free day. I was also able to get a senior discount. My concern is the new reservation system. Because more people are flying, reservations are a must to ensure there is a spot when arriving to the lot. However, I am unable to use my points or get a senior discount on the reservation system. If I do not make a reservation and drive to the lot and am lucky to find a spot, only then can I use my senior discount or points when I check out. If I arrive to the lot without a reservation and it is full, I would be out of luck. I wish the reservation system allows the use of points and senior discounts. read more

We love Park'N Ticket. We have been parking here for 25+ years. We always receive great service and we know our car is safe. When headed to a flight on Friday afternoon, I made my way to Park'N Ticket and showed up with an almost flat tire in the pouring rain. Norris and the entire staff were so kind and helpful. He offered to fill the tire and park it for me. I left my car keys and off I went to my flight. On Sunday, the tire was completely flat thanks to something I ran over on the I-85 Peach Pass and HOV lanes that punctured my new tire so we had to arrange a tow. I was still out of town and Norris was our point of contact for the tow truck. This would have been so much more stressful for me if it wasn't for Norris. Many thanks! Came across this shuttle service on random when I was traveling out of town. Best choice I've made! The service is exceptional from the drivers to the ppl that work inside the building. The shuttles are very quick and the price is amazing! ($11 a day!). I'm from Chicago so our airport parking is like... over $20 a day and the prices fluctuate. But Park'N ticket has a flat fee of $11 and that beats every other shuttle service lol. They pick you up at your car, help you with luggage, tell you what you need to do when returning (unlike other ppl, you have to wander around trying to figure out how to get back on the shuttle), They even offer you a cold beverage when you're leaving:) Keep it up with the amazing customer service! read more

This has been my go-to parking when travelling. It's close and I like the covered parking. I keep giving it just one. more. try. ...and then wonder why. Part of me thinks they switched their priority to airport employee parking - which might make them more money. I've started flying for work again and I have to consistently hike up to the front gate from the covered deck just to get a ride. Then, I'm stuck riding around the open lot picking up airport empoyees. Travelling can be stressful enough, but wondering how long it will take to get out of the Park'N Ticket should be one of the triggers. Considering the reduced quality, I suppose I should have picked up on the first clue: the ticket dispenser at the entrance gate is gone and it looks like it was replaced with a garage door opener taped to the old box. Notes are hanging all over the van telling you to keep your parking reminder - it's what they use to determine time-in/time-out. Although, I did wonder when the driver said he'll just write a new ticket if I can't find the original - can I "lose it" and then get one that says I was there over-night? Save a lot of money and might make the luggage toting hikes and parking lot tours worth it. Overall I'm bummed, what was once a great place is now mediocre at best. What do you think? One. More. My car was broke into & they were rude to me like I broke into my own car . They had no type of sympathy for my car or personal item that got stolen EVEN THOUGH NOTHING WAS IN SIGHT ! They told me the policy is park at your own risk , & they didn't see what I had in my car so that was another reason they couldn't replace or even compensate me for the stolen items . The lot is literally just outside of the airport on Camp Creek Parkway. I like getting picked up at my car. I like getting help with my bags. I like being dropped off right at the airport in front of the door you need to walk into. And on the way back once I get into the shuttle I know the next stop will be right at my car. And if I need help with my bags the driver helps with my bags. I also like that they offer you Coke, Sprite, or water when you're paying. They also have a frequent parking program which allows you to earn points towards free parking which comes in handy. read more

I've been using this parking company for many years except when I fly international. I never thought to reserve a spot so when I arrived to park and the sign said the lot was full and they would only accommodate people with reservations, i panicked because I did not have a plan B. I parked at the front, went inside and asked if it was really full. The guy on duty said that they were full but he was sure they could find a space for me. I was so relieved and excited!!!! I called Park-N-Ticket as soon as I landed at the International Terminal. Clearly their buses do not run to this terminal. I called 3 times, each 15 minutes apart and was told someone was on their way each time. FIFTY minutes later a driver arrived and was unaware that I had been waiting for a bus. This company needs to be honest with their clients about wait time and the fact that they do not regularly service this terminal. I was considering taking a taxi to their lot since they would not come get me. After over 5 years of parking here, I will not return. Bad customer service and no accountability. It's a decent third party off site airport parking facility very close to the airport across from the Georgia International Convention Center. I used a electronic coupon for my stay and they still charged me extra. They give you a free beverage on your way out so I'm not fully trippin so that's a good thing. This used to be my go to parking garage prior to the ATL on site garages opened up. The last 2 times we arrived back into Atlanta we had to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle back to our car. Worst customer service ever. I park here every week. The bus took 5 minutes to come pick me up today. A bus rolls up, I take my luggage etc and the rude lady rolls down her window yelling "no, no, no, not me the other bus will come get you". I get on the other bus another 3 minutes later and the rude man then tells me that I did not wait 5 minutes (when I timed it). I'm very aware of how their poorly operated business runs so I do not need to be spoken to over the CB radio passive aggressively about why it took 3 minutes and how it was not a long wait. This is my first experience with off-airport parking, and I was impressed! Park 'n' Ticket is a bit more expensive than the other lots because it is one of the closest ones to the airport (if not the closest)...HOWEVER....if you go onto their website, you will find a 1/2 off coupon (which seems to be always there) which makes this the cheapest lot! My stay averaged about $5 a day. The parking lot was well lit, secure, and the transport van picks you up right at your car, and drops you off right at your car. You get a soda or water for your travels home as well. There were plenty of shuttles and we had one waiting near our car on the way in, and had one waiting in the off-airport van pickup on our way back. read more

Since moving to Georgia 15 years ago I have been using ParknTicket at least once a month. As a woman traveling alone, often arriving in the wee hours, safety is my main concern. As soon as I get on that shuttle at the airport I know I am taked care of. In fact a few years ago, in a fog arriving home from a long trip abroad I left my briefcase on the shuttle. The driver found it and it was locked up safely. I can't compare ParknTicket to any other as I have seen no need to try a competitor. I have parked at ParknTicket for over 4 years continuously. I fly almost every week and need a dependable, reliable, experience. I park in covered parking, almost always in the same spot or area. I get picked up immediately. I am at the gate with speed and efficiency. The people there go above and beyond. One time I arrived back home from a long trip with no car keys. The great people supported me, let me use their office as a waiting area, and comforted me while a spare set was created. On the way out they paid for a day of my parking as a kindness. I am always offered a cool beverage when I exit and take it gratefully. This is family style service at the nation's busiest airport. There is no better!!! read more

I used to like ParkNTicket until they raised the daily rate for employees because we weren't parking in "employee lanes" yet those parking spots were filled everyday from customers flying in and out. Seemed like a reason to get over on the employees which is disappointing being that airport employees don't have many options for transportation back and forth to airport. The service is iffy, depending the driver (John and Steve are awesome) and lately the pick up times have been delayed. Just not what it used to be. read more

I've been using PNT for work travel since 1995. They are the most convenient from the highway for me, and it's quick to get in there. The van is almost always ready to pick you right up, and they get you to the airport efficiently. Same efficiency on the way home -- the van is almost always right there to pick you up when you're tired and frustrated from flying. (Pro Tip: On your return, exit the airport on the NORTH side and you'll be closer to getting to the van.) Note that the covered parkers get dropped off first (I guess that's a perk of the more $$ parking....so that's a PARK PERK!) When you check out, they offer you a cold drink, which is very welcome. The rate is $11 / day for uncovered parking as of June 2018, and they do have partial day rates. There is a frequent parker program, and I usually can get my personal parking free, since I travel for work so often and always park here. Love these guys! read more
