This place was once a descent place It's absolutely horrible..there are a group of teens that have taken over the complex running around causing chaos..in and out of gym ..taking over picnic areas being load and absolutely obnoxious..screaming and yelling slamming balls into side of buildings and the management does absolutely nothing but yet makes sure to send out emails and notices about trash cans outside your door...and let's not talk about valet trash we pay for but yet 90% have to take your own trash out! I know a few people who have units pool side and as for that .. they close pool at dusk LMAO people partying till 1030 1qpm at that pool.. i wont even go to pool anymore its basically a bunch of unsupervised kids running amuck and if the adults" are out there there music is blaring and they are 2x as bad as kids. I have had no peace in over 8months Even inside my unit windows closed tv on I have to turn tv volume up just to hear it. This goes on all hour of the night and wkend. Sad to say this used to be a nice place. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.

Maintenance is taken care of quickly when requested. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. My one concern is that is supposed to be a gated community at night, but the gates haven't worked since we've lived here and I would like the security of them working. We will continue to make Watercourse Apartments out home.

Periodic pressure washing used to occur but it has been several years since then. Visit the pool and pick out a chair...it will be moldy and worn. Go to the car wash area and see the holes that have occurred in the hoses of the vacuum and water spigot. Be careful as you walk the sidewalks, parts have raised and cracked and unfortunately most of these areas are by handicap parking spaces.

The office has treated my family and I as if we are VIPs. Waterside even had the answers for everything that we needed (furniture rentals, washer/dryer rental, great Mexican food recommendation, and even an amazing church recommendation!) The customer service and the welcoming atmosphere at Waterside is top-notch!! I had a few minor maintenance requests upon moving in and Waterside made me feel like I was again, a VIP. Maintenance came ASAP and got us taken care of before we even moved in. I forgot to mention something in my first maintenance request, so I sent in another one, and Waterside again had us all taken care of ASAP. The grounds at Waterside are ALWAYS clean. The landscaping is always nicely done as well. The pool is always clean (as well as the bathroom at the pool) and is so nice to look out to at any given time from our apartment windows or patio. I LOVE that even though we are living in an apartment with several neighbors surrounding us, the noise is very very very minimal. I am impressed to say the least! Even with living right next to the park, pool, and gym, the noise is very minimal. I enjoy that I always have a good parking spot. Most of the time I am able to back into a spot right in front of the breezeway that I use. I love that the community has a safe feel with the apartments being tucked away a bit and surrounded by other nice apartments as well as the gated community. The valet trash is pretty neat too! I have never had that before and it sure is convenient! Most of the time the kids enjoy taking a walk to the trash compactor and throwing it away, but when we do use the valet trash service, it sure is nice. Thank you everyone at Waterside for taking care of us. My daughters LOVED the flower pot painting event y'all had in the office. Looking forward to the pool party! Thank you for making my girls feel special as well. (Every time my daughters have visited the office, the staff knows who they are and where they belong.) Any issue (the few I've had), the staff has swiftly assisted me with it, answered any questions I had and the amenities are also a plus, the dog park, the pool and the gym are all wonderful! When potential residents are taken on a tour, they are shown the model apartment which has all the upgrades and is sound proof. Once you move in, you will get the opposite of what you were shown. You have been warned, if you still choose to live at the Lofts at Haw River make sure to purchase an air purifier and sound machine.
