I tried to make it clear that I wanted the time slot I was given. Then, when they arrived, they were not very friendly, not making eye contact or shaking hands when they introduced themselves. One seemed annoyed at my small garage door problem (it ended up being a quick fix), but had no problem charging me $96 for a service call. Basically, I was told I have a throwaway door and if they are more problems, I will need a new door. I guess they only care about the big jobs. Not in a hurry to use them again!
