When the demolition began, I was somewhat concerned with the mess that was going to take place. I was pleasantly surprised at how under control the contractors kept it. Every piece that was demolished was removed to their dump trailer and every evening they cleaned up after themselves and put things away. That was GREAT! Another concern of mine when the project began, was if they'd show up at a reasonable hour every day and get this project done quickly.
