3 stars because no services were contracted or performed, but contact was made. I called because I need a home appraised as part of a division of assets. I was told this firm does not perform services for my situation as the two sides mat attempt to exert influence to manipulate the results. Which just seems... odd. If you're a professional performing services to determine the market value of a physical asset, the supplications of the owners is irrelevant. You should be able to provide a professional service, and the emotional reaction of any party in relation to that asset is irrelevant. Ultimately, a private business can elect to operate however it wishes, but if they really feel their work could be influenced by people coaxing them one way or the other rather than DATA, I have to question their overall reliability. read more
