If you guys are looking to purchase a mobile home look some where else there staff is so shady. They will do anything for you to sign and make it seem like there is other buyers. We worked with some realtor name Guy he had our home inspected for termites and your general inspection and before we close he gave us the general report. After we sign he handed to us a report showing our home has termites. Problem after problem all because you have some shady people trying to do a quick sale. We had an exceptional experience working with Michael Hendrix as we bought our manufactured home in Plaza Del Rey park. A little bit about us: We're in our 30s, first time home buyers, and completely new to the manufactured home industry. Michael contacted us on Dec 23, 2019 and set up an appointment quickly for the next day. He showed us the house on Christmas Eve, along with other houses. Once he realized our interest lay in one of the houses, he offered to show it to us again to help us make up our minds. He answered all our questions, checked up and followed up on others for which he did not have details, and gave us all the time we needed for our decision making process. After the house-buying process was initiated, Michael gave us a checklist of every step, and read through each contract with us, clause by clause. He helped answer our many questions about policies, as well as technical details about manufactured homes that we did not know. His long experience living in a manufactured home has been helpful for us to make a decision. When we have needed his help, he has been available on a short notice. We have met with many realtors while we were seeing homes, and none have been as helpful as Michael, while still giving us our space. We did not feel rushed, neither did we feel any reluctance on his part to answer any of our questions, which put us at ease. We needed that extra viewing of the house to make up our minds, and his patience was essential for that. That he met us on Christmas Eve to show us the house was amazing to us, and it also helped us close the offer during the holidays. We know there were others interested in the house (we met other buyers while we were looking and they mentioned they were interested in the house), but working so quickly with Michael helped us get a leg up. Even towards the end, Michael helped us smooth the process of closing on time. He was always available for any queries and helped us prepare the plan for the final couple of days to ensure there were no delays.
