After our previous experience with daycare centers (2 of them) I can honestly say Bright Horizons at Brickstone is superb. The director, teachers & office staff are warm, welcoming & caring. My son is so happy ...which makes us feel at ease leaving him in their care. His teachers have always been happy, cheerful & inviting to our son at drop off & pick up. They have wonderful activities for the kids like yoga & art class with professionals and the bonus is these activities are included in tuition. Pizza day twice a month is also included in tuition & their are no extra summer fees as out previous centers charged. The center is spotless every morning and beautiful. There is an evaluation session, they will schedule with your little child. A total stranger comes and take your child and walk the poor little kid away from you to God knows where!! Then the director keep you busy with bunch of unnecessary questions about your child (remember you and your little kid are not yet in contract with them). After around 40min, the child is back to the director office with that so called teacher (stranger). They give you no explanations on what happened to your child in that 40 minute that he/she was taken away from you. They give no explanation on what they mean by evaluation. Our little one came back looking shocked. When we left the school, I told my husband there is something big time wrong with this place, we are going to leave and we will never look back!
