Tinker AFB Visitors Center has the worst customer service experience I've ever in 62 yrs…read moreexperienced. The ladies in the far right corner , (always in the same area) are drastically in need of customers service training. The supervisor who sirs in the back office, has no ideal of what is going on, he's just quick to say no, to agree with the front desk clerk. I find it very sad, that Tinker AFB doesn't know how the representation is at the visitor information center.

Every military housing you go to will have mixed reviews…read more Mcnarney Manor is old housing. These are fourplexes or is that how you call four houses attached? Lol! Anyhoo, we lived in a three bedroom on Jones Ave. and in the middle unit. It's pretty small and tight. The unit comes with a one car garage and a tornado shelter. The unit we got did not have a door connecting the garage to the house but some other units do. The inside had a very weird lay out which I wasn't really fond of. It's really a hit or miss in this part of housing. Some units have bigger space than others and some have a more open layout compared to others. I've been in four different houses in this part of housing and all four had different layouts. I, unfortunately, got the most crappy one lol! There's Twining which is new housing. I've never been in these houses. These housings are a lot newer than Mcnarney and are duplexes with one car garages. I've never personally been in these houses but the streets are pretty crowded with cars since everyone basically parks on the street if they have more than one car. Prairie land is for SNCO's. These houses are great!! Its newer with an open concept layout and it has two car garages. It has way more space compared to Mcnarny and Twining. The place is a lot quieter and a lot less congested. It's close by to the pond and has walking trails all around. And then there's housing for the officers these ones are single homes with two door garages. All houses come with Tornado shelters. If you are in old housing your tornados shelter is above ground in a room in the garage. If you're in the other houses, there's an underground Tornado shelter in the garage as well. All houses also come with an enclosed backyard. The housing office also offers different activities for the residents throughout the month which is great!!

I wish I could put no stars. I signed a lease and received the keys to my apartment two days ago,…read moreand it has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. Although staff is very friendly, the administrative incompetence here is staggering--the verbal discussions never aligned with the move-in date on my lease, forcing me to call multiple times just to get basic coordination. I didn't even receive an official email approval for my application until the exact day I was supposed to get my keys. On move-in day, they forgot I was coming, delayed my key delivery by an hour, and handed over an apartment that was physically dirty and full of broken light fixtures. Upon entering, I discovered a severe, active German cockroach infestation, including live and dead roaches nesting inside the electronic control panel of the oven and crawling across the walls. There are wide structural gaps around the baseboards and windows letting in pests, and the HVAC air filter inside the unit hadn't been changed since September 2020. The fixtures were so neglected that I actually had to pay out of my own pocket to replace the filthy air filters and spend an extra $50 to buy new showerheads just to have a baseline clean bathroom. Corporate recognized the severity of this habitability failure and allowed me to mutually terminate the lease immediately, but they are still heavily penalizing my family. They are holding onto my money and stating it will take 30 to 45 days to return my deposits. On top of that, I am out an extra $225 for an OG&E utility deposit on a home I never even got to live in. Because Tinker on Forty8 delivered a completely contaminated, neglected apartment and tied up my funds, my family and I now have less than a week to find a brand-new home from scratch. Do not risk your time, your money, or your family's health moving here.

I have lived here for over a year and loved every second of it. I even signed a 2 year lease…read morebecause this is the best place I've ever lived. Perks to living here: -All bills paid so no OG&E making you feel like setting your thermostat to 65 degrees in 30 degree weather "to save energy costs". -The outdoor pool is more than a pool. Can we say outdoor kitchen, BBQ pit, wet bar, and fire pit too? Yes, that's included. - a clubhouse that can be rented out for private parties or just to play an evening game of pool or getting a small group of friends together. -monthly resident events - 24 hour gym and a laundry room that looks like small laundromat. -Included in rent is package lockers so no more porch pirates! - Key fob to get into pretty much anything and everything plus a door man so no uninvited company ("I was just in the neighborhood"). I feel very safe here. - A special door to into the mom-and- pop shop on the bottom floor that stays open later just for the residents. - Also included in the rent is trash pickup right at your doorstep 5 days a week. - 24 hour maintenance that is very timely. -coffee machine in the lobby Best of all, MUCH cheaper than The Edge, Aloft, and pretty much every other downtown high-rise and the management is amazing and genuinely care about the residents instead of just treating them like people who give them money every month.

That review from Alyssa S. is fake, beware. We get pestered all the time to leave reviews of this…read moredump and mention the staff by name. Orlando was the only good person on the staff, and he's long gone. People who are helpful only stay here for a few months and then move on. Folks like An, however, tend to last a long time. If you like to pay too much for what you get: this is the place for you. It is so ghetto here. Loud music thumping in the parking lots. Louder music from the pool in the summertime, so loud you can hear it inside your apartment. Management sits in the office just a few feet away and does nothing about the boombox blasting, I don't even know how they can work in there. Driving in the parking lot is insane: people speeding, wrong side of road, turning in front of you without a signal to grab a parking space from right in front of you. Oh, and smoking - lots of smoking. Marijuana and cigarette smoke is a very common thing around here, in the parking lot, in the walking track below your balcony, inside your apartment because people are smoking inside their apartments 24x7. Garbage is always piling up - management sends us nasty emails, like the garbage is OUR fault. HOT TIP for management: get the trash picked up more often. Last apartment complex I was in, it was picked it up DAILY Mon-Sat, so stop blaming US for YOUR incompetence and get your garbage removed so we don't have to pile it up. Gee, thanks, we only pay to live here you know. Maintenance is a joke. They've closed tickets without fixing anything; no notes, no work done, nothing. If you complain via email, you'll get screamed at to 'open a ticket'. Snow/ice - they plow the parking lot. That's it. Have fun slipping on the stairwells. We've been taking care of that on our own, purchasing and throwing out salt. Intrusions: Usually 18 hour notice that pest control will be entering your apartment (again) and breaking your privacy (again). ON the one hand, good that they spray, on the other hand, they spray so little it is most likely ineffective. I even have a video of this guy entering my apartment, used my bathroom, then left. He didn't even spray. BTW, thanks for using my bathroom. YUCK. Also, maintenance has a bad habit of leaving my lights on when they leave. Thanks for the electricity bill guys. Emails, emails, and more emails. Emails bugging you to leave them a positive review so you can have a chance at getting some rent knocked off. Emails bugging you to leave a positive review and mention the person's name who helped you out. Emails about pool closures because they don't know how to shock a pool when it rains. Emails about YOU the RESIDENT are bad because you pile the garbage up by the dumpsters because THEY don't empty them often enough. Emails about events. Emails about bills, early office closures (a lot of those, LOL) - it is not uncommon for me to get 5-10 emails in one day. Usually 1-2 emails daily. Deliveries are terrible around here. Whether Amazon, UPS, FedEx, deliveries are constantly left at wrong doors, even wrong buildings. This is a fairly large complex, and the building numbers are rather small and placed at the ends, so they are very easy to oversee (especially if it is dark outside). Not suprisingly, deliverers get really impatient and simply drop your package by any door, take a picture of your package on the ground so you can't see the apartment number, and then they call it a day. We have tons of messages inside the portal of people trying to communicate with one another trying to locate lost packages. I've never had this issue at previous apartment complexes, I can say I very much appreciate apartments that have package delivery/pickup at the office as opposed to the mess we have going on around here. Going back to the smoking around here, this is advertised as a 'non-smoking' apartment complex. Read the contract: there is a small line in there that says 'no smoke inside your apartments is NOT guaranteed' - it's like living in a bar. Management does everything to avoid getting involved with lease violators; if you complain, YOU are the bad guy. FINAL WARNING: The 'Liberty Pointe Director' is less than honest and definitely passive-aggressive unfriendly if you have any issues. The management is not here to help you; they are here to protect Weidner. If you are thinking about renting here, be sure to ask questions about their smoking policy. Ask about add-on fees, like paying $6 a month, per vehicle, for parking. Parking isn't even assigned, and finding a 'sweet spot' that isn't 50 yards from your building can sometimes not possible. Ask about how they enforce people picking up their dog poo (tip: they don't. They tell YOU that YOU need to take pictures.) Ask about security camera location(s). ONE: it faces their office. Ask about how they enforce their 'no smoking' policy and what they do when smoke gets inside your apartment. Ask how often the trash gets picked up.

It doesn't matter what time of the day or night you go outside, you are subjected to cigarette,…read morepipe, or marijuana smoke. It's in the parking lot, on your porch, in your apartment. Even though this is billed as a no smoking apartment complex, all of your neighbors will smoke, they will probably all smoke both marijuana and cigarettes, and it will infiltrate your apartment at all hours of the day and night. You will get up at 0300 and your apartment will smell like smoke, you will get home from work at 1700 and your apartment will smell like smoke, you'll walk out at 0700 and your apartment will smell like smoke. There is literally no time you will be on the grounds (or in your apartment) and not smell smoke, in the summer the entire pool area will be filled with marijuana and cigarette smoke, even though it is a shared space. Management does not hand out fines for smoking an apartments, they do not regulate smoking in common areas, I'm really not sure what they do about smoke. If you are looking to move here and think you will be free of smoke, this is not the place for you.

They had me pay for a broken window they NEVER fixed. My apartment ALWAYS got broken into. Maintenance is non existent. The upstairs apartment had water damage causing my apartment to have water damage. My step leading into the hallway where the rooms and bathrooms were was busted and mold and mildew were all on my carpets thanks to the apartment above me. I waited for things to get fixed only for them NOT TO get fixed. Eventually I broke my lease wrote a letter and left it on my counter in the kitchen and I stated why, took photos and left my key to the apartment ALSO ON THE COUNTER then I left. They started showing up to my job that wasn't far away (Which they never had before until after I left) WELL AFTER 30 days was up 3 months later they served me with an eviction notice for breaking my lease and also tried to get me to pay for the damages. They would not fix when I was there they attempted to take me to court needles to say I didn't bother showing up and they won't be getting a dime out of me. They can take their law suit and shove it where the sun don't shine. The office people were rude AF. I always got sexually harassed from other tenants and people working at the complex. And not once could they be bothered to fix my heat or my bedroom window. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WINTER AND THEIR WAS SNOW ON THE GROUND. Let me shorten this for ya. If you have a choice to either be homeless or move to Mosaic. Don't choose this complex.
