The quality of Dr Greg's work has seriously declined. I have had to have 4 fillings replaced in 6 months. The hygienists are professional. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional, down right rude, they glare at patients as they walk through to the exit. Front desk person Cassandra refused to have me as a patient anymore because I asked to have my preferences changed because 8 text messages reminders then multiple phone call reminders are extremely excessive. Then she glared at me when I left after my appointment. She should not be in the customer industry, and if I was her employer I would have fired her a long time ago. Upon arrival my son was very anxious about being at the dentist, he began getting fussy. Once back in the clinic, the assistant informed me that x rays were requested at the appointment that day. I informed her that she was welcome to try, however I suggested my son would likely not be compliant. I'm not sure if that was taken as me telling her "no" to the radiographs but a no is clearly what was communicated to the dds. Dr. Rao came over and shamed me for 'not even being willing to try' I informed her what was said and at that point folded my cards and told her go ahead and do the X-rays. I watched as one of the assistants held my son down in a bear hug with her legs wrapped around him while the other assistant jammed bitewing tabs into his mouth. I am a licensed dental assistant who currently practices and I fully understand the importance of radiographic imaging and how they are essential for diagnostic purposes. However, given there were no clinical signs that pointed to concern there was no reason for the staff to use the measures of restraining my child and creating a traumatic first radiograph experience for bitewings that could have been taken at the next visit, once my son gained maturity. The only reason I even agreed to these x rays was the shame dr. Rao placed on me for "not agreeing" to x rays that I gave the go ahead on. Through out my appointment Dr. Rao gave me zero grace, my first exchange of words with Dr. Rao was her informing me that the reason my son is uncooperative is the TIME OF DAY which I scheduled my sons appointment. Early intervention of dental care is a top priority for me regarding my child so when there was a time of day that worked with my work schedule I jumped on it. If the time of day for any given age group (or individual) is not preferred, the front desk should be made aware of this and communicated prior to an appointment at bare minimum. I was not ever informed that my child was not suitable for an appointment at 2:30. It's never been an issue with ent, pediatric care, physical therapy or speech. I was not going to write this review until receiving the letter in my mailbox that I have attached to this review. To dismiss me from your practice due to your staffs lack of communication and me defending my words by correcting your misinformation is shocking to me. Even before this letter was received, I had zero intentions of returning to your practice. I will make sure that the people in my life never send their children to any of your practices. Do better.

I was told my tooth could have chipped much worse. This office didn't perform my original root canal, but I've been a patient here for several years for routine care. I was surprised that the need for crowns on these teeth was never mentioned or discussed during my visits. The staff has always been kind, but I wish there had been more proactive communication about protecting previously treated teeth so I could have avoided an unexpected emergency. Because of this experience, I've decided to continue my dental care elsewhere.

I came in after a long time of no insurance and a lot of work that needed to be done. Always had difficult teeth (constant cavities no matter what I do, crooked, chipped, missing some from no insurance when I just needed to take them out to make it affordable.) They worked up a whole timeline for me, being super open and ready to explain the start to finish of everything. I'm so relieved. They prioritize health and focus in order of what needs to be done in a sensible order. Thanks to that, I trust them a lot! I had my first wave of repairs done and wow - two hours of work and zero pain? Even the numbing injection was painless. They told me to be open if I felt anything when they started and I slightly did and they thanked me for saying something and numbed me up more. Nothing after. I'm usually nervous but after that I won't be. Never thought in my life I'd be excited to go get work done. I trust them and I am so appreciative of them! Awesome practice.
