I used the self check kiosk and waited, not long, but I waited. Shortly thereafter, an employee comes from the back to address my appointment. I was in and out in no time flat, that I appreciate. The employee was curt and not friendly, to say the least. I didn't take offense, I know that to be her demeanor, I'd seen her at the other location over the weekend and that appears to be her norm. I likely will not return to this location. I didn't feel comfortable all around.

Apparently, none of the staff showed up for work, with the exception of a floater from Indianapolis. She didn't have keys so she too was waiting outside. It's now 8:36, 10 people are still outside and the floater is still waiting with them.

Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in. No forgiveness from them and I have no forgiveness for them.

NOPE! Not again! I've been going to Quest for almost two…read moreyears now. I go at least once to twice a year. Recently I've had to go about once a month. In the last two months, there has been some of the worst service! No is up front to greet you because the person that is greeting is also the one taking your sample(s). So when you check in, there is no way to know if anyone knows you're there! Last month I went, the lady had no idea how to 'code the samples' so needed to call someone else to find out. That appointment took almost 45 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. I wasn't called into my appointment until 15 min after my appointment. Today, there is, again, no one up front. I waited 5-7 minutes and then open the door and go back to the 'restricted' area. I ask the first person I see, 'is there anyone up front?' She replies, 'I am as soon as I'm done here.' She had a person that she was taking a sample from in the chair. This appointment only took 20 minutes from my scheduled time, so arguably, an improvement. The lady did have quite an attitude while she was taking my sample, but that's the way it goes. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I have given them more than enough chances to see if their service improved and honestly in the last two years it has gotten worse.

My previous experiences were not great, but today was unforgivable. First, they moved the location from their previous address with just a note taped to the door. The new location was at an address without any sign or even address on the building. But even worse: they did not show up. I and several furious scheduled and fasting patients knocked on a locked door and tried calling a number that did not pick up. We all eventually left, in my case after waiting a half hour, without getting needed lab work. Labcorp wasted my time. Do not let them waste yours! I went into their new location this evening for a mandatory drug test through my grad school. However. The lady working there was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. At one point I told her that I was on an adhd prescription and that I brought it, and she said "I. Don't. Care. That's. Not. My. Problem." Like. Excuse me?? If that's the case find a better way to communicate it??? She was just completely out of line the entire time, and from what I've heard I'm not the only person who's had an experience like this. I will never ever go there again, or recommend another person to this location. I'm extremely taken aback as someone who WORKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. I would absolutely never talk down to a patient like that. Disgusting.
